I brought in a clipper and trimmer for sharpening around the beginning of August. Over the phone, I was told they would be ready in 3-7 days. When I dropped them off, I was then told it could take up to two weeks. After waiting, I started calling to check on the status. Half the time, no one would answer the phone. When they did answer, they sometimes acted like they didn't know I had dropped off my equipment. I was repeatedly given the runaround, with responses like, "I need to find them. I'll call you back." Not once did I actually receive a call back. I always had to call and follow up to get updates. I was told that both my trimmer and clipper had been sharpened, but the issue with my clipper was never fixed. I specifically asked if they could address the rattling because it clearly needed an adjustment. I finally received my equipment on September 24, almost two months after dropping it off. I was only billed for the trimmer, but the delay still cost me money because I was unable to use my equipment for haircuts, including cutting my own hair. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. The communication and follow-through were disappointing, and I feel like my time was not respected.
