I wanted it trimmed all the way around to my collar bone, NO A-line. He left the underside an inch longer than the top layer on the sides, left side an inch shorter than the right. A hole in the top layer in the back a inch wide. When he finished trying to fix it, my hair was so jagged and short I couldn't put it around a two inch curling iron. It's been over two months, it will take another 3 months to get it back to where I wanted it. It will still be multiple layers. Brittany saw my hair & that I was upset, I wasn't charged & she offered to fix it if I came back. There is no way this was a one off for this guy. The manager should have realized he didn't know what he was doing & never allowed him to cut anyone's hair. He said he had been doing this for 21 years. Several stylists were sitting around talking when I came in, not busy, when I.left most were busy, I had an appointment but would have waited if I had of known how badly this would turn out. The manager and other stylists had to have been aware of his lack of ability. I have a regular stylist in Kinston, Fantastic Sam's, but it was my birthday, she was on vacation, I wanted my hair cut for the party, sorry I did. I've been to the Goldsboro location several times with no issues, always happy, never again!

This is my third time into this salon. First let me start by sayin my son was very happy with his haircut and I quote "that was the fastest and the best cut I've had in a long time" and it was only $10! My stepdaughter came in for an emergency fix. After trying to dye her own hair blonde in one night she not only severely damaged her hair but looked like a candy corn. Blonde on top w different shades of brown towards the bottom. Ellen educated her on what she had done and how hair color works. Then she gave her many options on how we could fix it. Very helpful and I appreciated the fact that she could squeeze us in on a very busy prom Friday and still had the courtesy to educate us. It was all things my stepdaughter needed to hear herself to understand. What we learned. Unless you're educated on how hair color works, especially when going lighter, leave it to the pro's. Unless you don't mind having your hair severely damaged to the point where it needs to be chopped off. Lesson learned for her. A free hair lesson session for me :) All better now.
