Owner Robin and the front desk staff are always super friendly and cheerful. They set such a warm, welcoming tone the second you walk in. Tina has been my stylist the entire time, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She's friendly, professional, and a true color expert. I go every 4-5 weeks for root touch-ups, treatments, highlights, and trims as needed, and she never disappoints. Other stylists in the salon frequently ask her opinion on formulas, and she even travels across the country to teach coloring techniques. That's how respected she is. What I love most is how she mentors beauty school students and recent grads. She's incredibly detailed when teaching them. Sometimes they assist her, and if she has them shampoo or do anything independently, she always checks their work and asks me for feedback. She's also constantly making sure I'm comfortable by offering me something to drink or checking if I need anything. Tina really listens so she can make sure you get exactly what you want, and she genuinely cares that you're happy when you leave. My mother was a hairdresser, so I ask a lot of questions, and Tina is always happy to answer them thoroughly. Both of my daughters see her too--one for regular trims and the other for highlights, money pieces, and trims. I've even watched her kindly offer her arm to older clients and walk them over to the shampoo bowls. She's thoughtful like that.
