They did not shampoo my hair, I have NEVER had to specifically ask for a shampoo before. I asked for suggestions that don't require blowing out my hair (getting arthritis in my hands). I was told I "have to make an effort" and hair claws are "a cute look". Really?! She did not dry my hair and sent me out the door looking worst then when i came in. Where was her "effort"? I felt unheard and mistreated even. I obviously will never return and cannot recommend in spite of my desire to support local businesses but come on.... this business didn't even deliver basic , minimum services and charged me $27 for a cut plus $5 for cash only. I can get more for less at any budget, chain hair salon. I generally don't review places but being new in town I relied on reviews. If you too are new in town, pass on this place. There is a point when small town businesses can become too small town to the point that new clients are made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome . I definitely got that vibe from this place.
