She didn't seem sure of herself to the point she kept going into the back to get the head stylist (I'm assuming that was her role) to verify she was doing it correctly. Once my hair was washed and dried, my hair was nothing like I asked me! It was so red and nothing why I wanted. Not only was the color wrong, but by that weekend, all the color was washed out! I'm back to my original color! I'm giving this place 2 stars just based on the location itself. It's a beautiful salon with very friendly people. Just for $180 for just hair coloring (no cut was done) to just have it not stay after 1 wash 3 days later. Needless to say, it was a waste of money and I'll be going somewhere else for my hair. **Update** It's 8/17 and I haven't heard anything back from them. Very disappointed...

I could not be happier with my haircut, it looks amazing and it is so easy to care for (I work in food service, so having a haircut that goes up nicely but looks great down is important!). I cannot say enough how much I love my haircut, Scott did an amazing job and it's very clear that he knows what he's doing. After my haircut I went back for my mani/pedi with Anita. She was friendly and did a great job on my nails. I walked out of that place looking like a million bucks!
