I hired Lauren to do my hair for my wedding and she and her colleague Zoey did my hair, my 5 flower girls' hair, two of my bridesmaids, my mother, my aunts and my sister-in-laws' hair all in impeccable timing and quality for the wedding. While I found that Lauren is an incredibly busy woman and sometimes hard to get a hold of (because she's so good at what she does) when it comes to crunch time, she does a beautiful job, is a delight to work with and goes above and beyond at making sure you are happy with the end result. She listened to what I wanted and worked with me until we got it right and even gave me great ideas for my bridal party. I highly recommend her and her staff. She's phenomenal.

That was until my friend got an amazing haircut there and recommended that I should ask for Amy to do my hair. The staff are really friendly, first thing they asked was did I want a cup of tea. When you get your hair washed the seat reclines back and give you a message all while listening to nice relaxing music. On top of that they even offer a head massage! Amy was great because I wasn't sure what I wanted and talked me through a few different styles. She really took her time with the cut and was meticulous with my fringe, chopping tiny sections after it was blow dried. The staff are friendly without being overbearing, and know what they are talking about. I've yet to emerge from there with a bad haircut or an odd colour. Instead, I get people complimenting my hair constantly. The stylists are willing to listen to what I like as well, and take what I say I want on board. The salon itself is lovely. Massaging chairs while you're getting your hair washed, with a scalp massage thrown in. I've never had problems getting an appointment, and I've always been seen on time. It can be a little pricey, but student discounts are offered, and it's well worth what I spend. I can't recommend the place highly enough.

I heard great things about the place so I was excited when I got a voucher for them so I popped…read moredown asap to get my hair coloured .Because of the voucher I had money off the total and thank god I did even with the voucher the cost was quite steep and if i'm honest I wouldn't have paid the full amount for my results .I tried to explain what I wanted I had photos but the stylist didn't really pay that much attention to what I actually wanted and just got it into his head that it just wasn't going to happen and pawned me off with a dip dye that I had previously achieved better more natural look at home with a box of bleach. It might just have been that the stylist and I just didn't gel or that my expectations were too high but it really didn't even come close to what I had imagined my hair would turn out like I know hair stylist don't have magical powers but for the price they expect you to pay in Zeba they would want to at least try. The staff have that easygoing professionalism you get in good local salons, and I had a proper chat with the stylist, Danielle, about what I was thinking about getting done. Danielle paid great attention to detail without being overly fussy and gave me some good advice on how to care for my particular hair type, and thankfully didn't foist a day's wages worth of products on me. I did buy one product but had to ask for it myself! A nice salon, good customer service, and my hair still looks good two days and one wash later!

The girl who washed my hair was extremely rough especially while brushing my hair. It was so sore that I even teared up. I asked for a few layers and for them to not to be short. The woman gave me loads of layers that were short which now look very choppy. She also didn't take into consideration that my hair falls forward even thou I told her so now the short layers fall forward and the longer parts of my hair are behind them which just looks ridiculous. Honestly it doesn't even get a 1 star from me, do not get your haircut here if you don't want to get your hair ruined. So disappointed.

Its busy and sometimes their time keeping is bad as they overbook. Maybe trying not to disappoint customers but sitting for 45 mins waiting for an appointment to start is annoying, especially if your colour and blow-dry will take up to 4 hours. Adding anther 45 minutes on top means your day is gone. Parking is premimum and expensive with not enough spaces and they clamp so be careful.
