A week before Christmas at that. Buy elsewhere. Do not waste your money. My Oster and Andis clippers have been used for three times the length of time as my Laubes...and NEVER an issue.

Then said good luck sarcastically when telling me to try through the email. Owners name is Ken Laube. Customer Service manager told me his name is Mike Mac and frankly, I don't believe him. What type of business sends the wrong part nearly 2 weeks after an order, then refuses to acknowledge you telling them it doesn't fit and others tried? Who tells you to "force it"? Who makes the consumer pay for return of a part that DOES NOT FIT??!!?!! Great products. Horrific ethics when it comes to standing by their product or name. They do not take pride in customer service, obviously.
