It had been a while since I had gotten my eyebrows done but I had time let them grow in order to get them to the thickness I wanted. The worker asked me if I still wanted them thick multiple times and I said yes meaning I just want a clean up. I should've known when she immediately started threaded before brushing my eyebrow hair that it was going to be bad! After her struggling on my eyebrows for over 20 minutes she called her coworker over to help her and the coworker made them even thinner! The whole time they were doing my eyebrows they continuously told me come back in two weeks cause your eyebrows take too long to do. She said this like 6x... 1st off if you know how to do eyebrows correctly it does not take that long to do mine. The older lady that used to work here before them would be able to get my eyebrows done in 10 minutes!

She took her time, and I could tell she is really proud of her work. My eyebrows look awesome :) Edit: I also want to commend her for trimming my eyebrows without having to ask. I usually have to ask for places to take scissors and trim my hairs because they're so long but she did it without asking. The young lady that did my hair worked without a break, she didn't speak English, and she had a crying baby strapped to her back. I mistakenly assumed that if a store is using a braider that the person would actually know how to braid. The young lady did not know what a knotless braid was, she didn't know how to connect the braiding hair, and from the moment I sat down of my 9 hour ordeal in hindsight she never had the skill or competency to give me the style that I requested. I stopped her a few times reshowed her the picture, she shook her head and kept braiding....I gave her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the finished product would closely resemble the picture...no where near. The style didn't last 24 hours as the braiding hair was not tightly added. I admit some of the ladies sounded like they were working with satisfied repeat customers and they do have some nice pictures on IG . But prepaying $$$ and getting an incompetent braider is an expensive experiment. You honestly would have better luck getting that friend who watches YouTube videos to do your hair then go here.
