To start, they took me 15 minutes late. I had a reservation for 5:00 PM. Not only was I on time for my reservation, but I was early. They did not take me until about 5:17. MEANWHILE their "late policy" is if you are 9 minutes late, you'll be marked as a "no show." Okay. Well what about if THEY are late taking you for a scheduled reservation?
