Booked a consultation and felt very uncomfortable and left with a ton of questions that were not clarified. I booked a surgery date of June 10th with the caveat that I would need to quit smoking 4 weeks before surgery. Anyone who has had to do this knows it's difficult. I reached out a little over a month before surgery and asked about the timelines because I was getting nervous about quitting and had just picked up my meds to quite. The response I received is attached to the review. Never once did I mention not having the surgery but they immediately went to how I was now having to pay $4000 to book. Disgusting, fraudulent and unprofessional to say the least. Nobody in their right mind would allow someone to perform surgery on their face after being treated like this. Be aware. It's clear they don't care about their patients. I also did some digging and their results are photoshopped. Stay aware .

As the day came closer, and I was looking forward to the much awaited appointment, I called to confirm what day it was just to make sure. I received a call back from the desk staff, and was then told there was no appointment. I spoke to the office manager, and she refused to give me an appointment, even though I let her know I had called numerous times to get that appointment, waited almost 3 months for it, and she still refused. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they refused to let me speak with her as well, saying she was in surgery and they were the only ones to speak with clients. I asked the staff to have her call me when she was available. A week later, I have still not received a call back, nor the courtesy of a reply from anyone else in the office. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise if this is how this doctor handles her potential clients. (I only added 1 star to be able to post this review - it is actually a zero star review)

Feel there is some sagging and wrinkles around the mouth area. Discussed with Dr. Griffan and he indicated that he pulled the face as tight as he could. He did confirm that no laser resurfacing was done around the mouth area like he did with the eye area and thus there are still prominent wrinkles. Said he would put in a filler for another $600 that should last 9 months. I felt this should have been done for free given that I was not pleased with the results. He also said he could give me some anti aging face cream for another $50. Then he asked if they could use my photos on their website - no thank you.

Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise!
