After check-in in I was immediately offered a beverage, which offered very welcoming vibes. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Karisa called me from the waiting area to the procedure room. Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. Nick did a great job with offering me a program I could sign up for and help same money at my next visits.

I do not have unrealistic expectations, but I think it's time to spend my money somewhere else. Also, there are no longer any MDs on the active roster. The two founders no longer work there and the two MD's I loved, Dr. Ann and Dr. Allison, are no longer there. The place has changed over the years and, in my opinion, not for the better.

I am 3 months post op of my laser liposuction with Sono Bello & my surgeon was Dr. Brian Strand. I…read morehad read reviews for Sono Bello for 2+ years which positive outweighed any questionable. I finally looked in the mirror one last time in July 2019 & decided as the consult is free. (Since this is a life changing event, everyone SHOULD have their ducks in a row, having their concerns...IE questions ready to be asked.) Now being a consult it was not with a surgeon as I had not committed to the procedures or even discussed what I could afford vs what the price may be. Upon researching, I did go in knowing the general pricing for "getting rid of my muffin top". And Sono Bello was competitive to any other ~liposuction doctor out there in the St. Paul/MPLS area. Thus in Edina & at a hospital location using surgeons from a well renown hospital connected via parking lot/skyways, I felt confident. Showing what I wanted GONE, I was told I was going to have laser liposuction. Information on that procedure was given to me as well as additional photos shown of similar surgeries on other patients & how their outcomes changed their appearances. THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS procedure; that's on you. They do give weight loss ideas. This is a life altering event, yes its surgery and I was given 110% on how the procedures would be done. 10 lbs of fat is the legal limit on how much can be removed on one date. Thus if your carrying a lot of fat, do the math its going to a couple surgery dates. I was right at 10 lbs & was told should there be more than what the scale & measurements show prior, I would have to come back & have the rest taken out. Dr, Strand met with me & my husband a week after my consult, he sat with us over an hour explaining things, answering my questions, & reexplaining things. So I was completely made aware of what was to come. I also ordered body garments to assist in my healing, & the RN on staff who was standing at my side this whole meeting was very informative & helpful, giving me great tips on what to expect day of, day after and following days of the surgery. Listen to them because a shower curtain vs a puppy pad made a huge difference upon my first night of leaking fluids from my 7 incisions. Not to mention medications needed in a timely manner. My husband was on board the entire time. When I was ready to get on my feet 24 hours after my surgery I wasn't able to get up off the bed. My abs were just stripped from the fat on them thus they were extremely sore. He had to pull me up by my arms the first 48 hours. I was healing fast as I was able to get up slowly on my own after 48 hours & yes I was in pain. YES liposuction does leave the area treated ~sore as it needs to heal itself. Every person is different, and heals at their own time line. So those who go back to work the next day well they didn't have 10 lbs of fat cells taken from their body. I went back to work a week later and was very careful as I was in pain and couldn't take pain meds while working. Everyday I did notice I was healing though. Its amazing! I was swollen for 2 months, THEN my pants were falling off my body. Yes for real! I saw the difference in my stomach the 2nd day of post op, but now I see a completely different waist line and the appearance is just so pleasing! I still have soreness 3 months later. But its nothing compared to the first month of healing! And I have started my 3rd week of trail running! Sit ups are a definite no as my stomach area is still a bit sore and theres' minimal swelling yet. I am back to my workouts that I couldn't do pre op! I was too heavy. Again this isn't a weight loss program as I am only 10-11 lbs lighter. I am 4 sizes smaller in pants & look amazing. Everyone I have talked to at Sono Bello Edina has been professional, has answered all my questions, has been there since the day I walked in my consult, no pressure was given, ( if others felt pressure then maybe bring a second person to help you figure out what you want to do); there isn't any hidden agenda, its a business that provides people who are ready for a body change, by going through surgery, & wanting their bodies to be what they currently are not. All the expertise needed for this is at Sono Bello Edina! GO online and search your assigned surgeon. I did & found out he has an excellent record in his field! I was completely confident in his abilities. Also those leaving nasty comments on all the sites I went on prior to my commitment, some didn't leave their names, nor was there anything constructive said, which led ME to believe they may be competitors trying to bash a great caring company. I'll be back to Sono Bello Edina for my 6 month comparison, even though I was told by my surgeon & the RN that I was healing fast for the extent of liposuction that I had. I'm 150% happy with Sono Bello Edina MN! Wendy P.

I was given 2 weeks of pain prescriptions and that was it and it was not at all enough. Don't do it. The scar tissue and lack of after care support and guidance was crap. In addition I am not happy with my results and am seeking some return on my expense. Even though I had to go back 3x to get cancer removed, I was glad that Dr. Tschetter was conservative in her approach so that I'll have minimal scarring. She was also meticulous about how she closed up the site so that I will have a straight-line scar along the center part of my hair - it'll be imperceptible once it's fully healed. Matt, who I…read morebelieve is one of the contacts for out of state patients, was super helpful the entire time leading up to the actual day of the procedure. He acted as a middle man between the doctor and I, and was able to answer any questions I had. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly the day I arrived for surgery. After I checked in, Dr. Joesephitis met with me to confirm the plan. He was very friendly, professional, and had great bedside manner. Once I was taken back into the procedure room, all of the techs, or nurses, introduced themselves. The room itself was relaxing and saturated in large windows, so it didn't feel cold and lifeless like some medical offices do. Jersey did my numbing and I actually didn't feel anything, other than a few small stings in the beginning. While she did that, Miko (I apologize if I forget her name, since I was pretty out of it at that point from the Valium) used a massager on my back to trick my nerves from feeling too much pain from the anesthetic. From there, Dr. Joe came in and decided exactly how to cover my scar. Then, the techs/nurses placed everything. The entire process took about 6-7 hours. I was asleep about 90% of the time. Overall, everyone made me feel very easy and relaxed, which I appreciated it. If you're looking for a hair transplant clinic, I'd definitely recommend this one. I've heard great things about the other doctors there as well, but Dr Joe, and the entire staff, including Matt and the front desk, did a phenomenal job. Definitely consider a consult with them!

I asked the ladies on the down low how Dr. Van Beek's work was and they all said good. Before you say, well of course that is what they would say, I can say that it not necessarily true (from experience). In any case, I had a droopy eyelid and a small amount of fat under my chin that I wanted addressed. So I had a consultation with Dr. Van Beek where he looked at some previous work I had done and made a few observations (different from suggestions), which I appreciated, because if I was going to be down and out for an amount of time, I'd rather it be all at one time or as much at one time as possible. In the end he ended up doing fat transfer to my face and the back of my hands, surgery under my chin, a Bleph, and he got the fat from my tummy and flanks. He also had to "fix" a previous surgeons bad result with my ears. All in all I was in surgery for a long time and was really banged up afterwards. Well, no pain, no gain, right? I can say confidently he did all that was called for and then some. His aftercare consists of 6 follow up ultrasounds where he also reviews your progress and removes stitches. Then he sees you at one month follow up and then I believe at 6 months. All in all I would recommend Dr. Van Beek overall, he is a man of few words but has a kind and gentle manner, and a stellar and respectful and kind staff.

Yes, I am 39 and I have had work, we all age differently, and I started showing laxity very young, eye bags, hooded eye lids, so I needed work, because I was looking tired all the time, and it didn't reflect how I feel inside! I have a review on Real Self as well if you want to read that, that app is amazing as well- I researched many things regarding plastic surgery for years, I have always been interested in plastic surgery and all that there is, so I did research for a very long time before choosing Dr. Szachowicz - Dr Szachowicz is a perfectionist (this is what you want, I assure you, you want a perfectionist to take care of your face). He takes his time he knows absolutely everything about the face. Other facial plastic surgeons know him as well and compliment his work. I had another (female) plastic surgeon in St Louis Park ask me for a referral about who did my work, that's how good he is - she said she wanted to get work by him as well. He takes his time and will tell you what your facial muscles are doing and what his plan will be, his prices are fair. He goes step by step. He will never make you look overworked or over tight or over done- everyone will just think wow you look amazing. I hope he does not retire anytime soon! I really appreciate his honesty and his imaging system where he shows you your expected results and before and after. I am currently deciding to do one more thing with him that I did not previously do, but I am ready to do now! To date I mostly focused on the upper portion of my face, but now I am getting ready to do the lower (neck and lower lift). The younger you address things they better you will be long term, he will help you look like yourself only REFRESHED, youthful, glowing, and happy! I love myself, and I want to look like ME. He is the best. Trust me!
