My girlfriend and I had high hopes. However after 3 appts we could not get a return call. One of us had to cancel a laser treatment and after that emails and calls were never returned. Although thats water under the bridge - I would caution writing off a particular client. Because I have 3 friends that were going there based on my referral. They now will never go back. All 3 of us are clear the office made a decision that we apparently didn't have the means to be a profitable client. Since that time I have spent over 10,000 at Edina Plastic Sugery - between my 2 friends they have spent roughly 5 ,000 since then at Harrington Plastic Surgery. My advice would be to a person reading this review to take into consideration : The possibility that the girls in this office along with the Doctor over 1 or 2 appts assess from their own Inept process who they think is capable financially to be of value to the practice. That is ashame because sometimes those folks have more money than apparently these ladies think. Time for the Prichman office to check themselves. read more

I went for a consultation and i was shocked afterwards at the level of her "expertise. " after numerous appointments with drs from LA that were very knowledgeable, dr Prischmann seemed to know very little about alot of subjects. She told me she did not know how to fix my nose or even fat transfer. She lacked current knowledge as if she graduated in 1980 not 2019. She seemed very uninterested in having any of my business for an unknown reason. The only thing she was able to do for me was to remove one small mole for $1500!! No thanks... Skip her...go to LA if you want a real plastic surgeon and not this silly lady who has no clue how to do anything. read more

I went to see Dr Prischmann almost a year ago for a little help with my face. I'm no spring chicken anymore, and the huge bags under my eyes were really starting to drag me down. She suggested Restylane into tear troughs (under eyes) and Radiesse for my cheeks. The results have been fantastic, I am more than pleased. Dr Prischmann has a great bedside manner, she's down to earth and practical with her recommendations. She's open to discussing how to maximize your $$ and has a great eye for what your face "needs." I had multiple appointments with her and then she decided she was not interested in helping me with my plastic surgery and told me that I needed to meet with a psychologist. With that response, I ended up finding a fantastic plastic surgeon who did my surgery and, in my viewpoint, is far superior than Dr. Prischmann. Dr. Prischmann comes across like she really cares but it's a false pretense and she's rude. She's only interested in herself and injecting the rich people with Botox. I am disappointed in my out come with Dr. Prischamann. Dr Prischmann laid out a plan for my procedure that we both agreed upon. After the procedure I find out that she did not perform everything on the list, when I questioned her about it, it was a I forgot. Really !!!! . This was not a cheap procedure. Each follow up appointment was just hurry up I'm busy attitude. There where forget stiches numerous times. I went for a free skin consultation. I was expecting a 10 minute talk with the esthetician but wow was I wrong. Amy spent over 30 minutes reviewing my medical history, skin history and my goals. She was very knowledgeable. I'm in the nursing profession and was impressed. I left there with a printout of the products, when to use them and in what order! Which I love because I can never remember what the order is which is important to get the best results Amy explained. Prischmann does a fine job and her office is beautiful, although, I have honestly never met someone of such high class (like an MD who is known very well in mn) be so rude. I've met her on two separate occasions, the first in which my mother came along and my mom even said "she is such a bitch" (I couldn't believe that my mom thought that as well because my mom gives everyone the benefit of the doubt). I think maybe she doesn't know/realize that, but I'm a business owner myself and wouldn't go back to anyone that treats/talks to people the way she interacted with me as her patient. Just because you make a lot of money and things may be beautiful on the outside, doesn't mean a thing when your personality/the way you treat others is awful. read more

I went to Dr. Prischmann based on the rave reviews and patient satisfaction scores. I was looking for a Dr with good bedside manner and knowledge. I have a difficult area on my face that is hard to treat and previous procedures have proven to be unsuccessful. I was hoping to get another Dr's opinion and recommendations regarding this. I walked out of the office crying and feeling defeated. I was told that my face looked like dough, I needed to lose weight, and the area on my face would never be treatable. This whole time she is telling me this, she is saying she cares about me. What? I did not get a sense that she cared. I got the sense that she had no clue how to treat the complex issue I was bringing to her. So, instead she insulted me. At the end of my consultation she actually had the nerve to give me a card to a Psychologist and told me to talk to this woman about my issues. I was mortified and didn't even know what to say. I was in complete shock and thought this was so un-professional and rude. Since my consultation I have finally found a Dr that treats this very condition and he has been seen on the Dr. OZ show. I just wish I would have done my research a little better and I could have spared myself the awful experience and the waste of time. I'm not doubting that others have had a positive experience with her but I can only speak for mine. Dr. Prischmann and her staff (Kyrra at the front desk and 2 estheticians Jillian and Dianne) are my number one choice for face enhancement and skin care. I had 5 BBLs that significantly lighten my face, a number of facials that brought texture and 3 fillers that added some enhancement to my nasolabial folds but look very natural and lasted now close to a year. There was also a very good advice on skin care products. Dr, Prischamann's practice is also competitively priced with good location in Edina, MN. I am very happy with their care and understanding of my needs and privileged to continue being their patient. When looking for a surgeon I spent lots of time researching and going to many consultations. After having a consultation with Dr. Prischmann I knew I was done searching for a surgeon. Dr. Prischmann is extremely honest and realistic when explaining the surgery process; this is something I really respected about her. I had a very difficult nose deviation that is not very common. Dr. Prischmann did extensive research to find out the best way to correct my nasal deviation. Pre surgery she answered all of my questions leaving me worry free when it came time for surgery. After the surgery she left me her phone number and called me that night to see how I was doing. Dr. Prischmann treats her patients like family. She is not only a fantastic surgeon in the operating room, but is also very helpful and caring to her patients. She met with me on regular basis for the next few weeks following surgery. She even was available on the weekends to check on my progress. This was something that really surprised me, I have never heard of a doctor opening up their practice on the weekends to check on their patients.
