My hair has always been very difficult to cut correctly as I tend to get "wings" on the sides as it grows out. Lisa is the absolute best hairstylist that I've ever had cut my hair. Not only is she extremely talented, but she has a great personality and accommodates my wife and I getting our hair cut and styled during the same visit. read more

My daughter had very simple cut with Cindy. From the start Cindy had bad attitude and made her fell unwelcome. As a person working in customer service I know you have to leave your personal issues outside, considering that's why she was in bad mood. The child is 10 years old and felt uncomfortable the entire time. Cindy didn't even ask about the length she wants. read more

Brought my kids here a couple of times. This last visit is the last time I will bring my kids here. My daughters hair looks absolutely terrible. There are pieces that should have been cut and are hanging down. They didn't cut it evenly. They actually left strands of hair hanging down and it was supposed to be a bob cut. I had my first cut and shampoo with this place and wasn't disappointed. The cost was typical of these times; the appointment (not a requirement) set me up with one of the several stylists. Barbara was efficient, pleasant and made me feel "at home." She knew exactly what I needed. With a lot of styled hair, I just asked her to "harvest" it. I'm sitting in my car crying. I haven't had my hair cut in over 6 months and with covid-19, well it's been home cuts. I have incredibly thick hair, it needs a professional. I have been to this salon before, no issues, lovely technicians and I had no problems getting an appointment. I was booked with Cindy and excited about it. I came alone, followed mask and safety regulations and I was met with a really unpleasant hairdresser. All I could think was "I hope she isn't my hairdresser." Guess what.. it was. She showed me to my chair and when I asked if there was somewhere to hang my handbag, she laughed and said the floor. I haven't been in a salon in a long time, so maybe this is the new normal, so I complied. She immediately scoffed at my overgrown hair, pawed heavily and pulled my hair clicking her tongue in upset of having this job in her chair. I felt uncomfortable from first entering, and now I felt like a bother rather than a paying customer or better still, someone who needed help. I felt so uncomfortable with how condescending she was, so I stood up, collected my things and made a shy excuse that I left something in my car. This was such a bad experience I had to post. I finally decided to go to a salon (went to Hair Unique) to get my hair cut in a more modern, easy care style. I have been cutting it myself for a long time and tended to leave it too long. I was both excited and nervous because I planned to go really short (for me). I brought some pictures to reference, which I suggest others do unless you don't mind being surprised by what you get. My appointment was with Kyleigh. She was a very pleasant and professional young woman that cut my hair exactly to the style I requested. I love my hair short now and will be going back to see Kyleigh again to go even shorter! The place is clean, the people are nice, there was no waiting, and the prices are fair. I must say the lady who helped my child get his first haircut was an angel. She was very nice and asking me questions all the time. She managed to cut a wiggly child's hair so thumbs up. Great work and nice staff. Prices are very reasonable and their hours are a huge help for busy moms. read more

Awful experience. The lady who cut my hair not only proceeded to rip it out with vicious hair brushing but also sent me out with greasy hair. Beware of Lisa!! When I sat down she seemed nice enough, she asked me a couple questions about family and school matters, but then whipped out her brush. Instead of brushing hair from the bottom up to minimize damage and pain, she immediately went to the top of my head and yanked down. When she couldn't get a knot out she put oil on her hand and ran it through my hair, so upon leaving there was a disgusting greasy feeling. She was very judgmental about the state of my hair and went on to tell me how my hair should look, which I found rude and offensive. When I told her I wanted it long enough to put in a messy bun she laughed and told her colleague as if I had told a joke. After my hair was cut and she was applying product, she tore at my hair instead of gently running her fingers through. She was critical and seemed like she didn't know how to handle hair, and it seems I left that place with so much less hair than when I went in because it was pulled at so much. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend Lisa as your stylist, especially if you have long hair and a sensitive scalp. read more
