Not only did I consistently have a phenomenal experience here, but I would honestly say this is the best I've come across. A few things that stick out to me. Ms. Jung Mi is METICULOUS at her craft. She explains her thought process, pushes back if she thinks something will turn out poorly, and offers alternative ideas instead. She is exceedingly kind. She took the time out of her morning to help me get ready for an urgent/surprising event. Could not have pulled it off without her. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. This time, I only got the call 10 min before my appointment. No voicemail or email left before that. Super frustrating. I'm a full time student and also working about 30 hours/week outside of class.
