I've been to this place about 4 different times, with 4 different stylists. Each time i've gone, the cuts are either lopsided, or they have cut too much hair to what is wanted. I have long hair specifically 3 feet, that I take lots of dedicated time to maintain it, I even cut it at home myself. This last time I went into this place, I asked for AT MOST 3 inches off iIF it's absolutely NEEDED, retouch on my layers, and face framing. The lady who took me giggled saying that if she took of more, that I wouldn't have known. She also made comments about how shes jealous about how long my hair is. I trusted her, hearing that she's worked here for 26 years that she would know what 3 inches would look like. She made comments about how one side is too short, so she evened it out. That entire time I felt something was wrong since she never showed me how much she actually cut off. Come to find out when i get home and measure, she took off 5 1/2 inches of the ends. The most frustrating thing is that I had already chopped 2 inches off 6 weeks prior, I knew I didn't need a big chop either since I never use heat and bleach on my hair, it's completely virgin. The lady's that worked there were insanely narcissistic, talking badly about clients who just walked out the door with how "difficult" they were, discussing about how they disagree with peoples beliefs, and even how clients look like. I would never ever suggest to go here. This place will sabotage you hair for what they prefer, judge you, and bully you behind your back.
