Finally Linda comes over to greet me, she hits and starts filing, a hit confused since I know usually cuticles are the first part they do. As more customers come in, I see their faces and I can tell they're stressing about time. Linda starts to rush, barely touches my cuticles and it took her 23 minutes to do my GEL nails. I asked for a wax and she hesitates but laughs and says yes. She rushes me in there and I've never felt more upset about the treatment.
