I never start out at a beauty salon having a "this is going to be my hair place for a while" feeling. Theres always something: salon setup; music; attitudes of employees; vibes from other customers...etc. Well, Indulgence checked high on all those and then continued to please. Dianna is a PROFESSIONAL not a pretender. She knew exactly what I wanted from a quick description and cut my hair dry! What a brilliant idea. I want to the salon today my hair was a complete wreck! over tones it was actually gray. Lorraine spent her time to fix my hair without destroying it. This is by far the best salon I have ever went to in my life. I have been coming here on a weekly basis since it opened and I will never go anywhere else. Jenny is an amazing colorist, and I get nonstop compliments about my hair and color. Cathleen is a life necessity to me. I can literally never have anyone else do my hair. She is a perfectionist to the extreme, and I've never seen any other stylist come close to her blowdrys. I just got this amazing haircut that would definitely be over $200 anywhere else. She took time to texture and frame the face, incorporate color and create a nice bounce. I could go on and on about Cathleen. Well... First of all I would like to say this place is amazing they do everything to blowouts all the way to extensions and dye.They also have there own makeup artist. The service is great and help you find the products you will need at home for that fresh,gorgeous hair look. If you go on Instagram you could see all the amazing stuff they do. I came in last Saturday 3/22 for a blow dry and booked with Cathleen. Eric started my hair (washing, massaging, etc) and let me tell you, he's the Yoda of hair. He gave me so many good tips and tricks for my type of hair! Cathleen was great, very nice and did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great look for the evening, which lasted all night Saturday and all day Sunday, which is what I had hoped for. The blow dry was $40 which is well beyond reasonable for the area and quality you receive. I'm actually returning this Saturday for a gloss due to the fact that at 27 *sigh* I have come to notice too many gray hairs for my liking. I'll write an update after I have my gloss done! read more

Got my very first blow out here! I was invited to fashion week and wanted to get it the night before my first day so I had one less thing to worry about while I was getting ready in the morning. The girl washing my hair was great and easy to talk to. She told me Catherine Zeta Jones had just been in! Cathleen took care of me for my blow out. I requested some soft loose curls which she had no problem with. My hair looked fantastic when it was all said and done. It held throughout the night and looked awesome. I got tons of complements. Moving sucks because you have to learn about your new space and what is good and what isn't. I yelped a blow dry bar and this place came up. I did a drive by before calling. Place looks beautiful so I decide its good enough for me and get a a mani pedi down the street while I kill time before my appointment. What a gem of a place! The stylists are all so kind and they did an amazing job on my blow out-lasted dayssss before I needed to spray my dry shampoo! I'm waiting for 11am so I can call for my appointment today! Great blowout. Very accommodating due to bad weather. However was very disappointed when I went to pay and was told getting my hair curled was an extra $50 on top of the $40 blowout. I was not aware of this when making the appointment or getting my hair done. When I got back to my house, Indulgence had called and apologized for the extra charge and credited my CC another $30.00. Again, they were accommodating in the long run. Very nice receptionist as well. read more

I decided to try this place out for a blow dry (that's what they specialize in so why not?). I had received an awful cut and color at another salon so I was hoping they could give me a beautiful blowout for a wedding I was going to. Well, I left there with an awesome blowout by Kelsey and Jenny trimmed my bangs to make them look more presentable. I was bummed about my hair before entering the salon, and both Kelsey and Jenny made me feel much better about it. Since I loved my experience so much, I keep coming back. Jenny does my color and cut. She is an extremely talented colorist and stylist. This salon is expanding so they must be doing great things! read more

I loved my blowout last Saturday!!! Lorraine did an amazing job, my hair was soft, shiny and the blowout lasted almost 3 days. Unfortunately I didn't know exactly what I wanted and couldn't really explain to her exactly how I do my hair. It didn't matter, she made it look beautiful!!! We went there the other day for a shoulder length blow out and we paid $60. Well, if it was pretty enough, I wouldn't mind paying that, but seriously charging us $20 to curl 5 pieces of hair??? We walked out with frizzy ok hair, I could have done a better job if I did my own hair. The people were very friendly, but overcharging us for not a good job...mmh, not going back there again!! read more

I bought a $19 Groupon for a deep condition and a blow dry, and was very pleased with the result. Lorainne did a great job on my hair, and the salon itself was very nice. Without the groupon I think it's a little pricey but I'd go back if I had a special event. read more

DO NOT go here for a maintenance trim especially for CURLY hair. She cut my hair DRY and THEN shampooed me and put product in it. I left paying the 70 bucks and with Wet Hair. I was embarrassed for both of us. 2 months after the cut I STILL have dead ends. Wanted to try something different but I'm sticking to my local hairdresser, much more cheaper, convenient, and better! read more
