Had a good beard I'd taken a good six months to grow out. Went in for a straight edge head shave and that was good. Asked the kid to put a 5/8 on his clippers and just trim the loose stragglers off the beard. When I opened my eyes he'd literally cut my whole friggin beard off! Right down to maybe 1/8 and flush in the neck Not remotely what I asked for, I'm so disappointed I'll never go back there again. For what they charge you'd think they'd actually listen to what you asked for. Kid had the bedside manner of a doorknob never said a word other than to rush me out after he ruined my beard. Came in for a haircut when visiting Lethbridge. The map location is wrong but figured it out either way. The location is pretty cool. Geared toward men obv. Most of The women wear short black skirts Walked in and checked in on the machine they have at the front. I Was greeted immediately and was asked if I needed any help getting started. Very straight forward. Was told it was about a 20 minute wait which is pretty standard for a mall location on a Saturday. I Was asked if I wanted anything to drink. I've been to the location in Calgary at south centre and I wasn't super happy with the cut. So I am hoping I have a better experience here in the Lethbridge. Went in for a cut and hot towel shave. Unreal! Just book yourself in at the touch screen at the entrance and enjoy a free beverage :) I waited about two minutes before I was in a chair. Cuts come with a scalp massage during the shampoo. If your having a tough week enjoy a hot towel shave! I fell asleep. Great service and a relaxing experience. read more

Sitting here. This will be my last visit to TGs. I logged in to the site to book an appointment. My stylist wasn't listed so I called. Woman on the phone said she indeed works at this location, but she can't take an appointment over the phone??? Tells me I have to download the app. I download the app, make an appointment. I show up, have to wait 5 minutes at the counter while 3 staff carry on a conversation, only to find out the reservation doesn't show up because I'm 5 minutes late. I make another appointment on the app in front oh her. "Oh, there you are! Have a seat, shouldn't be more than 10 minutes!" Smiley face. Inept. But I don't blame them, I blame management. Poorly trained, low expectation to perform. My stylist is wonderful, just wish she worked anywhere else. read more

I went for a cut and a shave today. The haircut was great and the shave was alright. I have absolutely no complaints at all with the haircut. I was very happy with it. The shave took a little longer than expected and she missed a bit by my nose, but I also know I am a difficult shave. I was pleasantly surprised when she included a face and neck massage into the shave. I had never had that before and it was great. I would definitely go back. If I am in Lethbridge. read more

Very disappointing. Waited in line (25 minutes) with their texting system, received the 1 min notice, moved into the waiting area from the bench outside the store. Listened to them call three names before mine, then watched them call the name below mine. I approached the desk and inquired. They said they called my name, which I did not hear...standing right there. I was then told I would get in next which was fine. Then I noticed I was moved to a 20 minute wait again, however two names prior to mine which I heard them call and were not present remained waiting to be seated..???? Then I was approached that I would be waiting behind two more clients and remained at the twenty minute interval. I was told it would be not fair to make them wait. What about myself waiting another 20 + minutes. Amateur hour! I have been there once prior to this, however I will not be returning there again! read more
