I'm sorry but I can not stand that passerbys in the mall can see me in my unkept state due to the two large panes of uncovering windows. Couldn't there at least be frosting on the windows for privacy? Sadly, I would not go there if it weren't for Tifini. For the cost of services, the environment should be MUCH better. I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I left with some great products and hoping they will continue to improve my complexion.

It was right up there with the very worst experience I ever had. I went to have a hair cut on short hair, and highlights. I noted twice that I wanted when someone looks at me to experience blonde. I came out of there, apparently not having been heard, with dark hair a horrible color and not at all what I wanted. And the cut? Well it was a chop job, no notice taken when I stated that I had two crowns and cowlicks ( I would expect a stylist to take those into account but no). I said that I did not like the color and that it was too dark and she argued with me! Am I not the customer here? So I decided to contact the stylist for a color correction only to be told that it would be another $200 on top of the $300+ I already paid. Are you kidding me? And again arguing with me!!!!!!!!! This is my wallet and I am horribly dissatisfied with both the color and the cut. In my opinion people need to know what they are getting themselves into here! I will never ever darken their door again!

The stylists are quite good at what they do but the professionalism is lacking (starting service 15 mins past the appointment time, taking personal calls on their cell phones while performing services, and sometimes sharing really personal information). I often take the day off work and schedule my hair appointments first thing in the morning when the salon opens because the salon is so far from my house and it turns in to a day event. I'm fairly punctual and always arrive 5 mins before my appointment time. Each time I have come in for a service there is never anyone there before me and I have to wait in the hallway until a stylist shows up at 10:00 or 5 mins past. Not the worst thing, but a bit annoying. Today I booked an appointment for 10:00 am on Friday before a long weekend and the same thing happened again. No one was there. Another employee showed up a few minutes after 10:00 and let me in but explained she did not know where my stylist was. I waited in the salon for 20 minutes while the other employee tried to get a hold of my stylist and the owner. The owner finally called and said there was an emergency and the stylist would not be coming in. The employee started to cry and asked if I could come back later in the afternoon and unfortunately I was not able to because of other appointments I had scheduled. I left my name and number for the owner to call me when she got in and left the salon. 6 hours pass and still no call from the owner. I call back at this time and the owner answers. I explained that I was upset with how this morning went down and that I understand that emergencies come up but I was very inconvenienced by taking the day off, driving across the city and not being able to have my service done. I explained that I booked the day off to get the service done because I have family coming in from out of town for the holidays and then I leave for vacation on the next business day. The owner apologized but took a bit of a defensive tone and explained the stylist was in the hospital and there was nothing she could do to foresee this happening. I said I completely understand that and asked if there was anything the salon could do to compensate for my inconvenience. The owner said she can't offer me anything over the phone but could discuss the possibility of a free service next time I come in but it would have to be in the next day or two. I explained I had family coming in from out of town and was not available for an appointment until I return from my vacation in 2 weeks. The owner said she can't really do anything for me in that timeline and again that she has no control over an emergency. I felt a bit frustrated with the response from the owner as it felt really unprofessional and defensive. I completely understand that emergencies come up but I am expecting service to be done at my appointment and felt like an apology should have been made and the salon should have tried to accommodate my schedule to make up for the missed service. No other stylists were available at the time and I just had to leave. It's a really beautiful salon but I will not be returning after this experience.

As soon as she started I asked what was she doing, and asked her how on earth I'd style it - she said she shouldn't have taken any length off, left me with partially wet hair, no apology, no fix, nothing. I told from desk I wasn't pleased at all with this service and had a credit card machine thrust in my face for payment. Manager is awful to deal with, and won't compensate me. I left in a hat, and have no way to cover this up in a workplace where I'm to look professional. Absolutely atrocious. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Not professionals at all. So I have to admit I was 15 minutes late for my appointment which is understandable but they could've just rebooked me if it was gonna be such a big deal and after I got my nails done I got trim and a little bit of bangs. Well I called back because one of my nails had already broken off and I explained to them that I didn't feel comfortable seeing the same girl but the receptionist jake kept pushing and pushing and making me feel more uncomfortable until the point where I wanted to speak with a manager. The lady that did my nails was so rude I waved to her and said hi and she just looked at me and walked in the place. And not to mention so rough because I explained to the manager the reason it took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails was because she didn't use the drill and just used a nail file. Well I can see why she didn't use a drill because she chopped my fingers up trying to fix her job she did the first time. And than she started to shame me because when I waved to her I was having a smoke and said well you can't have your nails white because you smoke and they will turn yellow right away. Just an all together horrible experience there. The first two visits were with Cassie, who is their junior stylist. Sweet girl, good stylist, room to grow :) I had my third appointment scheduled with Cassie for Sat April 21st at 10 am. Due to a scheduling conflict (I was climbing the bow building downtown for charity), I had to reschedule to 1 pm. As she wasn't available, I said I would be happy to take an appointment with whomever was available. Cassie promptly called to say she had a 3:15 available, which just didn't work with the rest of my days schedule. Thought that was perfectly acceptable. When I came in at 1, I brightly smiled at Cassie and said hello. The response was abrupt, and she wouldn't look at me. The stylist that did my hair Chrissy, snapped at me while I was trying to explain what I wanted done. She continued to speak highly of Cassie while being a tad unpleasant throughout the appointment. Wow. All over a rescheduled appointment. I was going to go back to Cassie for further appointments as I thought well of her personally and professionally, but feel that your salon doesn't deserve my $60 every 4-6 weeks. Best of luck.

The workers there are super friendly, and have a genuine relationship with each of their customers. I was for a few hours so I saw quite a few people filter in and out and all of them were regulars. the atmosphere was so welcoming, and in the end my hair was exactly how I wanted, and felt even healthier than before. My hairdresser Cassie, was so nice to me and told me everything she was doing to fix my hair to make sure I was comfortable with it. She was so nice and it was definitely a breath of fresh air to go to such a nice salon where they care about you hair and it's needs.
