I've been fortunate to have had many amazingly talented hair stylist in South Florida and Shannon is the best of the best! His color technique is spot on and I always get very natural results. I also appreciate Shannon's advice and execution when I want to change up my look with a fresh color and cut. When I find a GOOD Hairdressor it feels like the Heavens part and the Angels start singing... that's how I felt after my first visit with Shannon. First of all, I want to mention that he is a one-man show with his own studio unit in a beautiful and clean beauty complex, I had never seen this kind of set up before. It's perfect, intimate, peaceful and you get exclusive private service with nothing else to distract from his professional services. Shannon is very calm-natured, kind, comforting and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to organic products, hair color, reconstructing and style. I needed all of that (and then some) as he patiently went beyond any expectations with my nappy, overly processed blonde locks. It's so unusual to find someone that can handle my dreaded "dreads" without a slight bit of intimidation. Using ammonia-free organic colors is the way to go to preserve and maintain our hair lovely & healthy. Each product he applied (all sulfate-free) smelled amazing, and the room was soon infused with sweet coconut & macadamia oil aromas. He did my roots, elevating the color to a light blonde without bleach, then applied a toner and a deep protein-enriched conditioning treatment that left my wild mane shiny and soft. He finally used a special twirling technique with his hands section by section that sealed my curls to prevent frizz as they dried. Amazing! I'm so grateful and confident he will fully restore my hair and take care of it as I continue to let my fro grow long and natural.
