The manager is nice and speaks english but the nail techs don't so if you don't speak Spanish you'll need a translator! I'm not sure if the lady that did my manicure even has a license, she was so rough on my cuticles an hour later they still are throbing and she cut so much i bled. was not gentle. as for polish, horrible job, as i was leaving i told the manager i was going home to remove the polish unfortunately she made made me pay. ABSOLUTLY HORRRIBLE. I pray that I don't get an infection. Otherwise the salon is clean. She killed my cuticles! Save yourself! read more

I always come here to do my pedicure so i thought theyd do a good set of acrylics turns out the man that attended me was cero detail oriented, he did not trim my cuticles even tho i told him so. They were extremely considerate to help my special needs mother getting a much needed manicure. And the 14 year old was very happy to get the acrylic special. read more

How strange, I see my review was erased! This place used to be great, but under the new management, both the product quality and the way the technicians treat you has gone down. Last time I went will be my last time ever going. The technician spoke no English except to say "sit" as if I was a dog when I approached the chair. Almost left at that moment, but I had looked around for my nail color for a long time. She was then talking about me in Spanish and motioning toward me to her coworkers. It was so uncomfortable. Then in the last 5 min (I guess to try and get a tip?) she was super attentive. She did a good job but the pedicure did not stay in good condition for as long as it usually does when I get pedicures - I think they might be using lower quality products. And they have only a fraction of the colors they used to have. For what it's worth, it's a really cute and nicely decorated, clean space. But it's nothing like it was before. read more

I came here to get nice before going to the full moon drums this last Monday evening. I'd gone more than a few times under previous ownership when it was a Venetian Nails franchise and left looking and feeling all GQ. I made an appointment, double checking that they were open toward the end of the day and came right on time after work..maybe even a few minutes early. The reason it's three stars is because the leg massage after having my toenails trimmed was indeed relaxing. However, hearing the two techs (I had my hands and toes trimmed simultaneously because the employees didn't want to stay late) complain about the long hours and that they should have left early was a buzzkill, was not conducive to my relaxation. To paraphrase that song from Blink 182, work isn't always fun , but my gratuity may have been higher if my mood wasn't brought down by the venting of the employees. read more

The WORST nail experience I've EVER had; and I get my nails done bimonthly. IF you decide to go then I suggest Aymara or Gaby. The nail tech was extremely rude telling me "you're taking too much of my time" because I asked for French on TWO fingers. Of the five colors I looked at they had two available. The tech decided to put pink on my nails and tried convincing me that it's clear for French. Then she tells me I'm taking too much of her time, gets up and asks someone else to finish my nails. My French was supposed to be two colors but the original girl never confirmed if they had the other color. So 3/4 through my nail job they tell me they don't have the color to match and proceed to do a ridiculous French without a stencil. The manager/front desk person was kind and tried to help but just wasn't very detailed in her work. The file shape was off and the French line ridiculously thick. They wound up removing the French and just throwing on glitter. I have meetings next week and was looking for something more classic but there goes that idea. Ultimately, the job had to be finished by Aymara who was very kind and tried to help the situation. She made the best she could out of a bad situation. I was so disillusioned by the whole experience I didn't even care anymore. I just wanted to get out. If Aymara hadn't saved my nails I might have refused to pay for such a bad experience cause by the initial tech. Update: I did my nails 6 days ago. Dip color. The clear coat gel has chipped on 2 nails and the dip color has broke on one nail. On top of poor service apparently there's poor products. read more

This location is a racist and very prejudice based business against ethnic groups of women. I would like to say I have never received subpar treatment, lack of respect & work ethic plus cultural sensitivity to others. This was a last resort yet previous experiences have been less in your face speaking in full Spanish and demanding that I speak in their language when the lady continued to ask the manager what & how to do the service. Then she asked her to tell me how much the service would be based on the length; due to me not getting gel the technician decided not to complete the service. I asked if the other technicians would complete the service and they turned their noses up and continued eating on the floor. I was belittled and embarrassed in front of a demographic of people who collectively thought it was a hassle to do a full set white tips acrylic all due to no gel use which is what this location prefers to do services on as she communicated in Spanish to the pedicure lady about how to do this type of service. I was left with my hands not done and half nails glued on as it was the harshest glue you could possibly purchase as a business owner. Went from welcoming gestures to Very nasty rude discriminatory behavior from the staff. read more

Ambiance- 2/5 We arrived Monday at 6pm. Not busy and was seen right away. The ceiling is peeling where you do a manicure at. The ceiling is like a parabolic, so all the noise, rattling from the front desk can be heard at the desk at the end. You hear the rattling of the instruments, the sanding of the nails. Everything. And vice verse. Leaks coming down where you get you eyebrow's done. Cleanliness- 3/5 Again, not filthy. The leaky ceiling, with water dropping in the bed and them not drying it up when you go in... leaves a bad impression. They need to make sure that they wash their hands after their cigarette break before touching your face. Service-3/5 My tech looked as if she did not want to be there or did not act as of she want to do my mani/ pedi. She did not offer any water. (they offer free soda or water, coffee etc.) She sat me in a chair- that when I go to get off of, nearly fell as the seat was broken. I nearly fell because the seat was no longer connected to the chair.! I told her I wanted to soak my feet and she proceeded to not either understand me or pretend to not understand. Even thought i said it 3 times. She used a mini sander and nicked my cuticle- tiny cut. No protection from the blood or something to stop it. Other than that- the pedicure was ok. She did do a good job on my manicure, where she took a little more time. Overall the place is ok- with potential to have a better customer experience. read more
