Her words exactly to me were "WELL, I'm leaving at 6 pm" mind you, that was at 3:50 p.m Not to mention, I made my appointment on May 12 th and I specifically said when I was making my appointment that I was totally available for any hour on May 13 to come in, but I was told that "May 12 was completely fine." My hair was done and I was out of her chair at 5:45 p.m and never received a single apology for any of the rude commentary.
