She helped me to be able to get through the day due to my health issues and saved me on multiple occasions when I have had issues with my spine moving out of place. I have hEDS a connective tissue disorder and was injured in a car accident, which allows for my bones to just MOVE out of place easily and can cause my muscles to pull and even flare my autonomic nervous system. As Jen herself has EDS, she is more than knowledgable about how people with our condition need to be handled with care. She JUST KNOWS how to make you feel comfortable, and cared for. Also, she said the selection of nail polish colors is substandard compared to the average salon. Just not enough choices. For the first time in 12 years my wife experienced premature chipping. Was it a substandard product or was it a poor application? We do not know. It's going to be hit or miss here ....You may have to break out some greenbacks to convince your way into somebody's schedule, otherwise you may end up with a "lower tier" nail tech. If I HAD gotten a couples, massage, I would have come in with my WIFE, not my boyfriend as she talks about in the response. I did not call, complain, or otherwise cause problems. In fact, I still tipped $20 when I left. I had bought a Living Social voucher and I know they only get half of the amount paid, so I try to make up for that in my tips when I use LS or Groupon. I was never rude. In fact, I'm a therapist myself. This is why I noticed the lack of fleece pad, heater (I had the massage in January; it was snowing outside while I was in the room), and mirror. I just think the therapist either was trying to impress me with NMT because I put down on my intake that I am a therapist, or he just lacked enough experience to time manage the session.

The location was easy to find, and therapist Angela was waiting for me when I got there. I explained what was going on, and she immediately understood and suggested exactly the treatment I'd been thinking of. I had an hour. She helped me relax in the nice room on the comfy table and then started working on my sore back. She stretched me and kneaded - it all felt so good. I finally dozed off! Then the hour was over, and Angie was very solicitous that I take my time, get up slowly, etc. The business was tastefully appointed, seemed clean, smelled good, etc. I would definitely go back and - the best part - I'm so much better today!
