Ashley is a wonderful stylist with a great attention to detail. She has such a friendly, positive attitude and makes great suggestions.

I am writing this review for my wife. My wife had to change her nail technician for the first time in 12 years due to a retirement. She decided to try this location because it is closer to us than Adrian was. While this place is clean and appears to be organized and professionally run by nice people, I must warn you be careful who you get. The younger inexperienced nail techs do not do as good of a job and the ones that really do a good job ( young or older) are never available because they're constantly booked. Also, she said the selection of nail polish colors is substandard compared to the average salon. Just not enough choices. For the first time in 12 years my wife experienced premature chipping. Was it a substandard product or was it a poor application? We do not know. It's going to be hit or miss here ....You may have to break out some greenbacks to convince your way into somebody's schedule, otherwise you may end up with a "lower tier" nail tech. My wife does not like to complain but she was disappointed considering the cost of the manicure. On the flip side... my wife had a pedicure done that was very good. *** read more

Sydney Forche is a 2023 graduate. She did a fabulous job on coloring my thick hair. Both times now it looks natural! Love, love the miticulous, attention to detail. She also did my pedicure and manicures. She is very light and gentle with handling my feet and hands. Beautiful nails! Highly recommended! read more

I have been going to the same stylist here for almost two years. The past couple times I've gone my hair hasn't been quite what I wanted but I was still happy with it. This changed a couple weeks ago. I asked my stylist to give me ash blonde highlights, even showed her a picture of highlights she had previously done to my hair that I liked. She clearly rushed through my highlight and haircut. My hair was very chunky orange/yellow highlights. The ones in back were bleeding into each other and extremely unnatural looking. I payed over 200 to have it fixed and recut at a diffwrand was offered only half of what I paid for as if that would makeup for the time and money spent to fix her mistakes. Attached are pictures. I've been to this salon several times over the years for waxing and pedicures due to its convenient location (for me). It's a bit on the pricey side, so I generally go here when I can't get an appointment at my usual salon. I had an amazing pedicure here just prior to the Covid lockdown and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Once nail salons reopened after lockdown, I went to my usual, (less expensive) local salon. I was really impressed with the safety measures implemented to protect staff and customers. Plexiglass dividers were everywhere - between pedicure chairs and also separating the pedicure technician from the customer, in addition to dividers at manicure chairs. I thought this was the new protocol to expect from all nail salons. When I arrived at Miracle Salon, they followed the expected Covid protocol of contactless temperature check, hand sanitizer application, and mask requirement. So far, so good. However, once in the mani-pedi room, I noticed the lack of plexiglass protection in the pedicure area. I was also surprised that the technician was not wearing gloves. The technician did a good job on the pedicure itself, though she was suffering from allergies (according to her) and was exhibiting symptoms of a cold or allergies, with lots of sinus congestion and coughing. I actually felt sorry for her because she clearly was not feeling well and apologized every time she coughed or had to blow her nose. At the same time, I felt like a manager should have sent her home with pay to ensure that customers couldn't catch whatever she had, in case it was a cold (or even Covid) instead of just allergies. Who really knows these days?! In any event, I would have felt more comfortable if there had been plexiglass protection at the pedicure chair. For my manicure, there was a plexiglass divider at the station. However, I soon learned that what I thought was a regular basic manicure was actually scheduled as an "Express" manicure. It was clear to me that something was off when no lotion was applied to my hands and my cuticles were left dry and not sufficiently filed. When I mentioned these issues, I was told that I was in their books for an "Express" instead of a "Spa" manicure. I don't fault the technician for this misunderstanding, but think this should have been clarified on the phone when I booked the appointment. In my experience with manicures, the most basic service included proper filing of cuticles and application of hand lotion. This was remedied when I "upgraded" to a "Spa" manicure at an additional charge. Honestly, the "Spa" manicure was what I expected of a basic manicure. Overall, I found the price for the services rendered to be excessive. It also wasn't a relaxing experience for reasons above. I didn't feel like I had been to a spa, though the salon charged spa-level prices. read more

I went to Miracle salon and medi spa to get on the whole NO MORE shaving or waxing train! I have to say....I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER, not only with the clean,beautiful,visually satisfying facility,but the warmth,and kindness of the staff. Every one was extremely professional and friendly and as a bonus my consultation/first hair removal treatment was with the wonderfull owner Donna! She couldn't have been any greater of a person let alone a technician! I will never go anywhere else! I left there feeling extremely blessed! :) :) :) read more

Edit- The technician who did such a bad job on my 4th appointment no longer works for the spa. I have edited my rating to add another star for the customer service from the owner and my usual technician, Gabby who is just wonderful. She spent extra time zapping over the spots which were missed (and there were many spots). My last appointment was more painful than the previous but I am confident at the end I will be 100% satisfied. ____ Previous Post_____ I am in the midst of my treatment and I will update this review a few months after its completed. Thus far I'm not 100% happy with my treatments. There are several patches that were clearly not "zapped" at my last (or even previous) treatment based on significant growth in these patches. I'm not sure if the new girl was not being careful but it is disappointing and I hope it will be resolved at my next session. Gabby my usual tech is friendly and makes the treatments seem less painful than they actually are. Which is like a rubber band snapping your skin repeatedly until you're finished. read more

I use to partake in almost all the services this salon offered. From tanning, hair, nails, facials, massage, gift cards and other spa services offered. Unfortunately, the only service I am still a client for is Shawana's massages . Mike usually comes in an gives massages during the holidays . Which is the meat massage you will ever experience. Both of these massage therapists deserve a 5 star raiting. However, the rest of the salon is not the same with the amount of turnover they have experienced in the last couple years . Still a nice place to go but the quality, the ambiance, and the lack of water in the spa rooms for hygienic reasons has forced be to go else where for services I use to be able to get all in one place :-( read more

Laser hair removal is fantastic. Not having to shave after several treatments is a wonderful time saver. I've had a few areas lasered over the past 1 1/2 years by Gabby. I completed my last round of laser hair removal (full bikini and underarms) on November 1st and it has all come back. I absolutely regret spending 500+ dollars. Yes, the staff was very friendly and Donna certainly put me at ease; this was not at all what I was expecting nor what they were selling. It's as if I never had laser hair removal.
