For months now I had been looking for a barber who was willing to cut a females hair. I saw all the good yelp reviews for this place and decided to call. I explained on the phone what I wanted and set an appointment for the next day Roman was so pleasant and kind the whole time. I gave him a picture of reference of the design I wanted. Took forever to cut my sons hair. The guy cutting his hair would cut a little bit and continue to talk to the other guys, (talk way to much instead of focusing on the hair) and my son specifically said he wanted a trim on the top, they cut it REALLY short line is not even its so crooked they messed him up. Also he showed him a picture of the design he wanted on the back & it looks nothing like the picture. 0/10 dont go here. read more

Hi, I brought my son here yesterday for a simple haircut. We were greeted by a gentleman with red dreads. Can't quite remember the name but it started with an R We waited a few and saw him rushing through another customer's haircut at first thought nothing of it. Then my mom was up for his haircut. This man butchered my son's head so bad. I had to put Neosporin all over my baby's head. We will NEVER visit that establishment again if this gentleman is still around. There was other barbers there if he was in such a rush he could have another person help us. Owners may want to look into this because I'm tempted to call a lawyer. read more

We waited till 11:15 am and no one showed up to open the shop. Their website says they open at 10 and so we got there at 10:30 and no was there. Since the mall opens at 11 we thought we would wait till 11 and see if anyone showed up. Nope! We even thought we'll maybe their late and we waited a little longer. We were at the mall and just randomly decided to bring my son here for his first haircut. We waited as walk ins for about an hour as we were waiting I was watching them cut and relized the barbers were perfectionist and took their time. I was nervous because my son is only 11months when it was our turn we were seated by barber Donte he did an excellent job and my son was very comfortable with him I was amazed by the job he did. Overall all the barbers in the shop were really polite and respectful and they played really good music. I think Donte will now be my sons regular barber because we were so happy with the job he did. I might even start getting cut there. I am happy they took my son in because he was still a baby and they handled it like pros. read more

My husband just got a cut here and I can't believe the guy that cut his hair just let him walk out looking the way he did. No wonder he didn't give him a mirror to show him the back, he definitely does not know what he's doing cause my husband gets the easiest cut, and it was $30 plus he left a tip.. what a waste of money and time. The guy with the really long hair who cut my hair did a good job at the haircut but his attitude and customer service were the worst out of any barber shop I've ever been to in my life .. he seemed as if he didn't even want to cut my hair. I wasn't sure about this place at first. I was wrong, they hooked me up with a good haircut and the wait wasn't long at all. Roman hooked me up with a clean haircut and came through on the clutch. My hair is rather hard to cut and people who don't know what they're doing usually mess up on it. My hair is really curly naturally and I have calicks everywhere. Roman lined me and was efficient at what he was doing. He made sure I knew what I wanted, so I would have no surprises. The environment was relaxed and felt welcoming. I went to this barber shop since most others were closed due to non essential businesses not allowed to be open. Upon entering, there is a sign explaining how many ways they can charge extra on top of the already high prices. I.e if your kid moves to much, canceling appointments and such. Beyond that not so welcoming sign, I waited in the waiting area where I noticed the floor was covered in filth. Hair of all types, gum and dust covered ledges and corners. You'd think during a pandemic that cleanliness would be a top priority but unfortunately that's not the case here. After my hair cut I paid with my card, which of course there was an added fee $2.50 on top of $30. I tipped the minimum amount of $6 just because they were open when all others weren't which brought my total to $38.50. That's more than double the amount of any other barber I've ever been to. After getting home and examining my cut, I realized that I had to finish cutting my side burns because they trimmed around my face mask, smh. read more

Some of the best barbers in the Central Valley. Most barbers this good charge 5 times what this shop charges and they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Shop is clean, great vibe- and all of the barbers are top notch. I see Reggie myself, but my son has sat in 2 other seats and I was blown away by both of them also.
