He luckily has thick hair so he's been able to grow it out to hide it but he kinda looked like he had a mop with all that hair and no other stylist could give him a cut we were really happy with. Until we met Joel and he did an AMAZING job! He gave him a fabulous cut with actual style and communicated with myself and my son throughout the process. There was 2 stylists with 2 customers, overall wait approx 10 minutes not bad at all. Diana was my stylist. She was very nice and explained everything, my whole experience was awesome. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. For my first visit they upgraded at no charge to the MVP which included shampoo with head massage, hot towel for face and a shoulder massage. Great extra benefit. Overall a great experience. You can even make an appt via their app to save time. Ends up putting you in line which one a busy day I can see the benefit.
