When I got home and took it out of the box, I discovered the lace was damaged (I so wish I had taken a picture if I know I'd be writing this review). I immediately called the number listed on Google but go no answer, straight to voicemail--so I had no choice but to drive back in the rain. I spoke with who I believe was the manager or the owner's son. After checking my receipt, he returned with a replacement of the same wig and, in a very nonchalant and rude manner, accused me of causing the damage, loudly stating that it was not a manufacturer defect and that "someone" must have tried it on and pulled it out. This was extremely untrue and unprofessional. This was a $50 quick wig. I can replace it easily, and I would not have driven through the rain if the damage had been my fault. Your business sold me a damaged product, and instead of handling it professionally, emotions took over. This is my first time here and I am highly disappointed. Please do better.

This store has a lot of stock when it comes to hair, they have all textures. You can purchase braiding hair, crochet braids, wigs, weave hair, jewelry, scarfs, sunglasses anything that has to do with beauty, you will find here. My only disappointment is there are a lot of brands that are available that they do not sell. It could be for a lack of market I'm not sure. The hair that is often shown on YouTube tutorials such as Motown is not available at this store. But they are consistently stocked and that's a plus!
