I contacted Myisha by telephone in regard to an install The piece of hair that she used on me was actually made for another customer, but she /Myisha suggested it was a match to my hair. She would just make the other customer a new one. I agreed to give it a try, per her advice. This was my first experience with this type of install. Within 5 days it lifted/came loose. When I contacted Myisha, she immediately, without any hesitation, blamed me during the entire conversation. She stated what I do to keep it, you have hot flashes your body makes it lift. I was on the phone gasping from her responses instead of offering help. She was very negative and gave not one solution in how she could help. No response to help and let me take a look at it and see if there is a solution. She has the worst people skills in my experience talking with her after this poor install. I paid $190.00 for my hair to be done and for the hair to be lifted within a week. You would think someone who is a professional would want your continued business and try to find a solution. Not her! I sent her an email after a discussion with my husband that we were not easy to talk to, asking for a partial refund, which I would think would be fair. Her first line in the emails she wrote, " I am going to try to be professional". This statement proves that she doesn't have the proper skills in my humble opinion to handle customer satisfaction; again, going off the statement from her website. This is not customer satisfaction, communicating effectively. A quick and effective response, please accept my apologies, or here is a solution here is a $70.00 refund. The mere fact that you gave me someone else's piece of hair may have been an indication that it wasn't for me, maybe take ownership that you may have slightly done something wrong. I Would NOT RECOMMEND Myisha for any services if you thought your voice matters, this is not the place for you. As a business I don't understand how you don't care about the quality of the products that you're selling and putting the blame on the vendor quality and the customer instead of taking accountability. Post the real pictures of the wigs that you're selling instead of using pictures you pulled from the internet. The unfortunate part is I was patient with this business after they sent me the wrong wig the first time. As long as I remain a decent person and do right by people I'm quite sure God will put the money that I lost back into my pockets. God saw what transpired with this purchase I made and what this business did. Changing up the website the next day after I purchased the wig and changing the return/exchange policy, removing the picture and description of the wig I clicked on to purchase and putting a different pictured wig with no description in my order shipping confirmation. Truly diabolical business practices to say the least. They did all of that for $270!!! LOL!! That's crazy because I would have been a repeat customer who would have spent thousands of dollars with them buying human hair wigs over time. I was a new customer at this salon and there are women out here such as myself who don't mind paying a few hundred dollars every 2-3 months for a quality human hair wig. But she still decided to take the other client and didn't offer me any alternative except to come back on Monday. Today is Friday. They take walk ins so she could have offered some kind of alternative. Maybe to fit me in some time tomorrow, if not today. But she kind of just said come back Monday or that's it. Never again. But.....you are only allowed to try on 3 wigs, and you must buy a wig cap for $1. I can understand to a point because people do play and try on wigs for no reason and don't plan on buying anything.
