She apologized fir being out of practice when I asked her to French braid my hair. She did not know how to brush long hair: she brushed top down and yanked a lot out by tangling it more. I was tired and didn't want to stay any longer. Karen did not French braid my hair, she just braided it in the back. Furthermore, she parted my hair crooked in a wavy line from front to back.
