First off look at my before photo. What a mess that was. The length was about 2 inches above my waistline, very, very frizzy, thinning at light speed. I went in on a whim and asked if they had any openings that day. Lara came to the desk and said she was sorry, but they didn't have any, but she had an opening the following day at 9:00 a.m. I gladly accepted the day and time. I went in and spoke with Lara, she's super friendly and nice. She led me back to her chair with my pup in tow. I showed her a photo of a hairstyle I really liked, but was afraid the cut wouldn't look good because of my frizz and thinning hair. She was very honest and said that'd it'd work great with my wavy hair, the right product would help tame the frizz and would also compliment my thinning hair. She took me and my pup to wash my hair. My pup laid on my chest(as I taught her to do), however she didn't care much for the washing part, she doesn't care much for water or baths lol. Lara walked us back to her chair and cut away my mop. Man it looked like a rats nest at the end and I was glad to get rid of all that hair. I didn't want her to style it because I wanted to see what it looked like dry. My pup may have been mad at the dryer anyway, but Lara did an amazing job. She got the cut exactly as the picture I showed her. It doesn't look exactly as the photo because the model and I have different hair types, but the cuts were exactly spot on. Lara's not only a sweetheart, but also a great therapist(as most stylists are lol), she's also a great stylist, has an eye for detail and knows her products. The one she recommended to me works perfectly, it adds definition to my wavy hair, knocks my frizz out for the most part and keeps it at bay. I'll definitely be going back to Boudica Salon and Spa and only requesting Lara. I highly recommend Boudica and Lara. read more

We recently moved from Phoenix. We met Abby at a cafe locally, and she gave me her card. Super genuine and sincere, so I set a cut/style with her. This is literally the first time in at least two years I can say I love my hair and didn't need to take scissors to it after my cut! She listened to me, and it is exactly what I asked for! Dynamic place for a small town. The hairstylists all seem to get along and everyone who walks in is greeted quickly. My hair was done by Abby, who is new to me. I have never been treated so well at a salon. I originally purchased a gift certificate at an online auction for Boudica Salon and Spa. I'd never been before, but it was a great deal and my regular salon had closed; leaving me looking for a new salon since. I have found it. Firstly, the drive to Junction City just as quick as driving across Eugene, and this salon is a higher quality than a lot that I have tried out in Eugene, too! It's a brand new salon and spa that is totally chic, with up to date equipment and facilities, but the best part is the ladies at Boudica are completely down to earth and made me feel at home immediately. The owner, who did my hair, (high and low lights) did a phenominal job, and in record time. She even dried and styled my hair completely without charging me extra which was a big deal- seeing as how I'd already bought that certifcate at an auction and paid less than usual. She was very attentive to what I wanted done and made sure I was totally happy with the results. Turns out they are a full service salon and spa and I can't wait to go back for more treatments from this group of wonderful professionals. read more

I found this salon a few years ago and I have never left! These ladies are so amazingly talented and caring. It doesn't matter if I come in and know exactly what I want, or sit down and need to brainstorm ideas, I always leave happy. The hairstylists here have always made me feel comfortable. I love knowing that before they even start their work we're on the same page as far as length, color, and style... Come on ladies, you know it can be a little nerve racking. I could not get into my usual place so I tried out Boudica because they could fit me in. Sherrie Fiske did my hair and I am beyond pleased. She did an all over color with a highlighted washed effect around the face. The salon was very clean, very pretty, very calm... Parking was easy. There were only pleasant conversations going on in the salon. Nothing negative, nothing gossipy. All around a wonderful experience at a nice price. read more
