You can see employees prepping and bagging/wrapping fresh produce. The meat and seafood counters were well-stocked. There was also a traditional chinese BBQ counter with things like Char Siu and crispy roasted pork which was a great and welcomed suprise to me. The aisles were filled with a good range of spices, sauces, noodles, and other pantry staples from different asian cultures that I stocked up on. You can tell the store was a little older and gives your traditional Asian supermarket vibes so if that holds you back, I would say give them a chance anyway as it is clean, well-organized, and reminds me of my childhood stores. Was told it's being delivered later that day to call between 4p-5p. I did so nobody picked up the phone. Came into the store this morning. Had a very young gentleman working. Again did not understand much and did not know pricing. He said he just started working there. He told me there is no skirt steak. So was the previous day worker lying to me about the delivery. This is bad service. I don't mind the language barrier however the workers should know prices of items and the different cuts of meat. And should know if the meat that I am requesting is actually going to be delivered. Maybe I will try one more time to come back but highly skeptical about a meat store where the employees do not know pricing and the cuts of meat that the customer is asking about.
