No service provided without a refund is theft. I went on Christmas Eve and the code pad did not work. The attendant gave me a new code but the pad still did not work- defective equipment. He took my phone number and said the manager would call, but she never did. I called back for several days, and was told the manager wasn't there. I was even hung up on once. I went back three full days later, they still refused while the manager hid in her office and claimed she was not working. I eventually was refunded, but not without going to great lengths which many people can't do. How many people have been ripped off by this place? Do not be one of them.

I discovered the next size down washers (which they have about ten of) were big enough to handle my huge comforters. I'll use this laundromat again when I have a need!
