Omgeeeee!!!!! I could not be happier I called today to see about some nail art bc I'm going to the Bahamas and wanted something special for the cruise. it seems the designs have gone away for a minute, (I didn't know you were supposed to have an appointment) from the moment I called they were sweet to me, working me into a tight schedule!! They were very gracious about it! The staff was very friendly I had Dayna she is the artist in the family there! I'm just over the moon with her designs!!! Pic on the left was the one I showed her and she did the one on the right!!! It looks 100X better than what I showed her!! I wish I could leave a 10 star rating!! My day : arrived & was introduced to their lovely waiting room (arrive 15 min early so you can have a cup of coffee or tea) (in real china if you desire). Next, I was given a luxury rope that was mine for the day :"). This is a treat because who has time to relax in a rope these days! I drank a glass (a real glass) of cold filtered water before I entered the steam shower for 30 min - what a cleansing mindfulness activity. Next, a manicure by Natalia, clearly nails are her passion! She is lovely & so talented! Then, OMG, a facial by Kelly! I didn't know the meaning of a facial until this experience, she is so knowledgeable! At 56 years old I learned new things about my own skin! :"). Last but not least, was a relaxing massage by Heather! I walked into her room (luxurious rope still on btw) the ambience starts tp release any stress (not that I truly had any at this point in my spa day!) Heather has a gift & we are blessed she shares it with us! Also, I can't leave out chocolate on the pillow! After 2 1/2 hours I floated out of Halcyon Spa but not before I made my next appointments! I will start by saying that I've been going to this place for a while and their nail technician, Dayna is a sweet, very talented person. While getting my nails done I listened to the receptionist and owner talking about people that sent messages about buying their furniture. (They are moving locations.) The owner was going onto the people's personal FB pages and making comments about how they looked/their body type. This was all right next to me with no regard to whether anyone could hear.Their receptionist Juliana is extremely rude and offensive. When I was trying to make my next appointment she was nasty and argued that the gel pedicure didn't include a scrub and massage as it says it does on their website. When it was pointed out that she was incorrect, she got nastier. I called out that she was being rude and she tried to flip it on me saying I've been rude every single time I've been in which isn't true. She also said I complain every time which is also not true and when I asked about what and she said the price. She was flat out lying. I would never complain about the price because Dayna is fabulous and the price is reasonable in comparison. I didn't yell or swear at her but I said I wouldn't be coming back because of the way she treated people and Juliana then said "well I can see why you were fired".... Yeah. It doesn't get more unprofessional than that. And this all happened while the owner sat there and listened to it, saying nothing. I feel bad for Dayna because she's great at what she does, but the management and work culture of this place is disgusting. Edit- I think it's sad that the owner responded with such a generic, ingenuine response. She said sorry if I "felt" like I was disrespected. She heard the conversation. It was disrespectful, a fact not an opinion. It was the most outrageous thing anyone in customer service has ever said. If they allow Juliana to continue working there, that shows just what kind of place that it is. read more

Dayna does wonderful sculled nails. I prefer a natural look and she does a great job having my nails look lovely. The ambiance is very calming and soothing too. Nice soft acoustic music and pleasant decor. I highly recommend halcyon spa. Will have to try some more services as they seem very equipped. read more

Halcyon Spa is one of my favorite places to go! It is the one thing I do in my life that is just for me and I am never disappointed! Whether I have a steam shower and get a massage from Heather or a facial and brow maintenance from Kelly, I always leave feeling and/or looking my best. While I always say I am going to come in for a relaxation massage, Heather's ability to really dig in and work out my knots and kinks during a deep tissue massage is the key to keeping me functioning. She is very knowledgeable about where people carry stress and is constantly searching out new techniques to help her clients. Halcyon Spa has created a friendly, relaxing environment where you are always welcomed with a smile--and leave feeling much better than when you walked in the door. (I also want to mention that the staff does a wonderful job of keeping everything clean, which is crucial when dealing in a spa environment.) The worst makeup in my life , very unprofessional, they sent someone who doesn't know how to do makeup at all after telling them I want the best makeup artist for my wedding I had to tell the lady to stop and I had to finish the makeup for my wedding , plus all the time she was there practicing with me , didn't know hot to put lashes , cheap makeup stuff , didn't have a foundation to go with my skin , horrible experience don't recommend this company at all , Patricia is the suppose makeup artist they sent me !! I've had some difficulty with some acne scarring and the dreaded fine lines (that unfortunately come with the aging process for some time now). I recently went to see Kelly for a signature facial and a needling treatment. Her spa room is so cozy and inviting. She puts you at ease right away with her incredibly warm and friendly personality as well as her advanced skin care expertise. The needling process only results in minimal downtime and my skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. I can't believe how much my acne scars alone have improved after just one session.
