This place is a joke. The owner is a joke. I only give them one star because I think I had to at least click a star. . I went to see if I could purchase a gift certificate and the owner was completely rude, acting as if I was not good enough to use their services. Negating the type of car that I drove. Remains to be "the best of the best" with new services be continuously added. It's get booked up, which is indicative of quality services. I find that the massage therapists add new techniques and the hydrofacials are wonderful. Donna is a superb aesthetician and Nurse Practitioner Lori is terrific with fillers and Botox. Miguel, Paula and Mary are the best massage therapists in Naples. The saunas, float tank, assisted stretching are all great experiences too. At a minimum, I find that two massages a month and a facial are just what I need to stay young, which people seem to notice regularly--makes me feel good! read more

My sister and I had massage reservations for her birthday for over 6 weeks. The night before the massage I received a text telling me that they only had one person working the next day. I didn't even know who was texting me for what and I had to ask if it was the spa. No introduction, no hello Mrs. So and so, no sorry for the inconvenience, no apology for not being able to honor the 6 week old reservation, no phone call to explain, just a nasty text message saying "we only have one masseuse tomorrow, best we can do is 5 pm." I felt like she thought she was doing me a favor. I was forced to cancel both massages because we have 6pm dinner reservations and can't make 5pm. Their response "ok". Again, no apology or sorry, just an obvious I don't care, ok. I don't want these unprofessional people with their poor attitude touching me. Definitely never going there. read more

Wonderful place! A one stop shop for all your health needs. You can get everything done from facials, to infrared, a huge float tank and amazing massage chairs. The massage chairs aren't the same ones at the nail places. This one comes with infrared, oxygen and can even crack your back! The owner Brandon is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell everyone that works there is so passionate and I am excited to continually give them our business. read more

I received my second massage from Donna and I must say that she is an amazing masseuse. I have had massages up and down the east coast, on the west coast and also in the far east and rarely have experienced the quality of massage that I received from Donna. She listens carefully to the client and combines that with her vast knowledge of the bodies muscular system to attain the desired and required results of reduced pain and increased wellness. She finds the perfect pressure immediately and adjusts as necessary. One thing that really stood out to me is that her hands are uniquely warm, soft and soothing. She is truly a professional and at the same time makes you feel like a friend. At the end of the massage I walk away feeling refreshed, relaxed and with a sense of well being. Love this place! I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was happy to explain the services they offered. I was very impressed with the amount of services available. Facials, massages, stretching and workout room to name a few. They also offer monthly packages that don't require a contract. Since I couldn't decide on a treatment Brandon gave me a tour and complimentary use of their zero gravity massage chair. Will definitely be going back for a massage and facial. read more

Really bad experience all around. My 1st appt. was canceled after the APRN who did injections quit. When I came in for my rescheduled appt they didn't have the right needle for the Dysport injection & had me wait 30 mins, until the new NP injection specialists said she would "make do with what she had". I asked her what gauge needle she was using before I would allow her to continue, which she was shocked I knew, (nurse). And while I don't know facial injection, they gauge was small enough. Anyway, the Dysport apparently was a bad batch, and did nothing, bc when I called a few days later the manager Andrea told me she suspected as much as was calling the distributor, but to give it 2 weeks and follow up. In 2 weeks no one would answer or return my calls, until abou a month later when the owner accidentally answered and got nasty. He said they no longer sell the product but I could buy Botox and he couldn't just give things away bc he had spent $5M opening the Spa! I told him I paid for a product that didn't work and his employee told me they would make it right. He didn't care very much until I mentioned I work the medical field, a field that surrounds his business, and he started begging me not to give him a bad review. He said he would give me a refund, which I was fine with. That was more than 2 months ago, his former manager who was supposed to take care of that doesn't even work for him anymore. I've yet to see a penny of my refund, so here is my review. And the reviews about the dog are true, it was in his office barking when I was there as well. Total violation if it truly was a medical spa! Even the Nurse Practioner was disturbed to see it in the office. Not a cute little puppy either. Big dog! read more

I gave a one star review two months ago. The partner in the business called me and we sorted out the issues and we came to a mutually agreeable solution. The they offered me a full refund of $125 but I only requested $40, and that was agreed to. I think that the partner is sincerely committed to superior customer service. read more
