I asked who he was and he gave me his employer's business card and told me to call him about repairing the water damage to the ceiling in my laundry room I told him about. Long story short, I contacted Bill Ralston who was at my house, pen and paper in hand, ready to prepare an estimate of the cost. After inspecting the damage and listening to my expectations and requirements, he provided me with a written estimate via email in a couple of days. He began the work when he said he would and he completed iit within a reasonable period of time taking into consideration the need for additional work that was discovered after he began which he alerted me about beforehand. Bill and his primary employee, Dave are both trustworthy, dependable individuals which are difficult to find in the construction and contracting business. I understand that Ralston does everything from new construction to repair work like I needed. I have dealt with a variety of contractors and subs in Sedona and Ralston Construction is the best I have ever found.

The first person I met with was Greg VanDamm who came to do our bid. Before even speaking to him I knew I would like him. He has such a warm, sincere and kind presence and I just automatically felt like he had my best interest at heart. He truly listened to me and understood my vision. At first, when they wanted to charge me for an estimate I didn't know how I felt about that, but let me now say it's the best decision I have ever made. What you are paying for is an estimate that is true and doesn't leave any hidden cost. And, if you end up hiring them that cost you paid for the estimate goes towards your work, so you're really not even paying for the estimate. I did not pay one dollar over what they quoted me and that was what made the whole experience so stress free -- no hidden costs --- I knew exactly what i had agreed to. They do, however, let you know of things that may come up and cost more...I just didn't have anything come up that caused a problem. But, they are so good they let you know everything ahead of time. Now, I have to talk about the companys' team. Every person I came in contact with or had to talk to was the most professional and kind person I have ever met. When I called the office Sandy was always so helpful and patient. JT, who finished doing our bid spent hours extra making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Rajilio, Chalino, Josh and Shawn were always so amazing when they came to our house to work. It's the little things sometimes, and never did I have to ask them to take their shoes off or put booties on...they were always thinking about me and did what would make me happy without even having to ask. As for the final product --all work beat my expectations and was so beautiful I can't wait to show my friends when they come over. If you are looking for quality, kindness and excellent workmanship with no stress I would never work with anyone other than Dwell Well. We have a second project in progress and they were the first ones we called! I will never even consider doing business with anyone else.
