I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day. Another lady ended up washing her clothes in a washer that had mud it and required her to rewash her clothes. One load of my clothes were soaking wet but the attendant was no where to be found so I paid extra to dry. One in three washers are broken. Dryers are ok . I feel Like the owner has checked out and awaiting total failure before they shut down. It certainly was not like this in 2021.

After that, dropping off and picking up the items is quick... your in and out in short order. The prices are reasonable, not better or worse than other places. For some reason when I go to dry cleaners after a few visits I always end up having broken buttons on my shirts. However, I've been using Village Cleaners for almost a year now and not once have buttons been broken. They also do a good job in removing stains and performing minor repairs! I got home and saw all the stains are still on the front of the suit Jacket. I was very upset as I'm supposed to wear the suit tonight and took it back to the dry cleaners. The Asian lady took the suits to the back and clean the stains with the wet cloth and brought it back to me. I told her the suits are clearly not dry cleaned and I would like a refund or need you to do this again. She got really upset at me for telling her that they did not dry clean the suit and asked me to leave. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
