Ok. I am here on a holiday Memorial Day 2026. I am glad they are open while my teen son is at the pool. I am so glad I could get laundry done. I have not been here in about 4 years. I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day. Another lady ended up washing her clothes in a washer that had mud it and required her to rewash her clothes. One load of my clothes were soaking wet but the attendant was no where to be found so I paid extra to dry. One in three washers are broken. Dryers are ok . I feel Like the owner has checked out and awaiting total failure before they shut down. It certainly was not like this in 2021. read more

Terrible! had to start with that as I think about my experience. I brought my ruggable (washable rug) in for a better wash as I normally wash and dry them at home. I used the large capacity machine and when it stopped the carpet was still soaked, this rug is lightweight and easily fits in a normal machine... thankfully the young person there helped and restarted it to spin to get the water out. The nightmare did not end there; I put in two quarters for the dryer which is less then 15min. and the heat setting must be so HIGH that at medium it burned my rug, literally burned one whole side!! No accountability from anyone, no call, nothing! all that was said is they are not accountable for what I wash or dry.. ugghh .. DO NOT GO HERE.. JUST TERRIBLE read more

The wash dry fold is absolutely amazing, prices are great for the budget and quick turn around time to pick back up! Staff is always so friendly and helpful with any questions i may have. The owner is amazing, so kind and cheerful. Place always looks and smells so nice and clean. Will recommend to everyone i know. read more

No washer and dryer at my new home yet so I checked this place out. Nice man, Jordan, working at the desk. Lots and lots of washers and dryers to choose from. Many sizes of each as well. It's been a while since I have had to go to a laundry mat and pay so prices were expected. For family of 5 I used 6 machines at a time. Not a problem for them even with so many as 8 other customers. Awesome, clean and machines all work great! Kids enjoyed the play area. Always enough washers and dryers available even with several people doing laundry. Big plus WiFi. The hours are kind of funky though. Stopped by today at 7:45 and it says they close at 9:00 but no one was here and lights out. read more

I had to dry soaking wet laundry cuz my washer wouldn't spin! I went here on Labor Day Sunday. Nicole was so kind..said good morning with a smile. She noticed my laundry was soaking, and she put it in a regular machine for a free "spin" to get the water out of the clothes so I wouldn't be there all day! Then she gave me quarters to finish drying! So kind...helpful...place was clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place! read more

My review is an honest review. Facility: 1. Almost brand-new equipment - well maintained 2. Equipment works great - clothes are clean. 3. Prices are reasonable. Staff: 1. Always willing to answer any questions about equipment or tips on washing. 2. As friendly as they come. I have no idea why anyone would rate a business only 1 star, over one occurrence with a blanket....after 'numerous times....do a decent job' & prices are posted? Come on, buddy.......grow up........ Used them numerous times for drop off laundry service. They are premium and pricey service but do a decent job. Went there on 8-12-13 to pick up laundry and they charged me an additional fee for a blanket. This was not a comforter but just a full sized fleece blanket. Over the years I've used many services and not once have I ever been charged for a blanket not only did they charge me an additional fee for the blanket, they also charged me the weight of the item. When I called them on charging me for both the weight of the item and for the items they did offer me a refund for the weight of the item. I told him to keep it as a tip. Apparently they need it more than I do. I'm really not so irritated that I had to pay extra but they did not call me and tell me they were going to charge me extra.
