I was looking to purchase a safe to put valuables in. I noticed that Haley Flooring & Interiors sells safes among other things. I stopped by the store and found a safe that I liked. They had at least 20 safes from all sizes and prices. From the time I walked in the store until I departed, I was there no more than 15-20 minutes. I was immediately greeted and taken to see the safes. The salesperson said they sell 26 safes a month. They have a good selection and I see why they sell so many. They will deliver your safe quickly as in within a day or two. The 2 gentlemen who delivered my safe were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of moving it into my house. The floors were not harmed! If you are in the market for a safe, please check them out. They have something for every budget. read more

Our homebuilder hired this company to install laminate flooring in our new Lennar home, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The installation was poorly done and had visible issues. When we submitted our warranty claim, they refused to address quality or workmanship issues or offer any resolution. I would not recommend Haleys flooring to anyone having flooring installed in your house. We had flooring installed by Haleys. There was gaping in the boards, the boards had corners that were damaged during the installation, and due to improper installation was not done to put a moisture barrier in. When confronted about such problems Halys sent someone out to "Fix" the problem. Instead of removing the boards from the wall they decided to cut out boards from the locking grooves and glue them onto the floor...this is not how repairs should be done. After seeing this done twice I asked them to stop. When I asked that they replace the floor correctly they refused and said the issues were due to the manufacturer and not their installation. Manufacturer had an inspector come in and inspect the floor. After reviewing the inspection Haleys would not share that report with me. Because they knew they were at fault. After going through over a year of back and forth with Haleys, they just stopped responding. Essentially told me I would have to come to the store and talk with the owner. I will never work with a company that doesn't stand behind their work and lies to customers. Steer clear of this company for your flooring needs. read more

Had Haley's Huntsville AL come out (3/14/25) to remove carpet from the master and replace with LVP flooring there were 4 working in the room it got quiet so I thought I would go check and see if they were done they all were on their phones one standing one on the floor one leaning on my wall and the other sitting on my window sill which was wood that he cracked. When moving furniture they took a big gouge out of the doorway that will need patching along with getting white paint from the quarter round on dresser. When getting my quote i was told that it also included fixing an area in the dining room when they got here they said no I then called my salesman and told him he said that they would get it taken care of but would have to come back. I then asked him to find out what the manufacturer warranty on the flooring was I AM STILL WAITING TWO AND HALF WEEKS LATER and no call back Thanks Jeff and HALEYS FLOORING I WILL NOT BE USING YOU AGAIN! read more

We wanted to have our sunroom tiled. It is about 180 square feet. My issue with this company is their lack of communication. You must stay on them in order to get responses and updates. When you call there is not one point of contact, so you will get transferred to different voicemails often. Like others have mentioned, they subcontract the install work which confuses things quite a bit. The installer told Haley's the work would begin on one week, but when I called the installer myself he said there was no way that was happening and he mentioned a date three weeks later. In the end I purchased the materials from them and found my own installer to do the job sooner than planned. If you have the time to work through the communication issues, then maybe you will be fine. If you are like me and want things clearly communicated in order to synchronize with other thing's happening in your life I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Sharon Wiggs thank you. I was doing a remodel on the Alabama house while sitting at home in Seattle. Sharon was awesome and made it possible for me to trust the process and select tile while not having to fly out to Alabama. We worked great together regardless of the time difference. She introduced us to Duane Construction for the remodel to convert the brand new home construction DR Horton home on slab into a roll in wheelchair shower. This meant a construction crew would have to jack hammer up the slab to make it possible. The whole process would not have been possible without Sharon and Duane. We even ran into a few tile selections were back ordered, discontinued, etc. So Sharon was great. Sidebar, I am really happy Haley Flooring has lots of great women to work with during this process. Prior to finding Haley's I was having a hard time shopping for stuff for the remodel in Alabama. I contemplated just shipping everything over from the west coast. My trouble was finding people to help since I kept running into men not treating me nice in the south for anything. Even at the bank. The men in AL wanted to "wait and talk to my husband" or "no thats not what you want. What you want is this.." So it is very refreshing that at Haley's I felt welcome as a women shopper and never once did they ask me to wait and talk to my husband first. read more

I will reiterate my position regarding Haley's failure to respond. Their rebuttal claims they talked to SRH and me about the floor - simply untrue. Also, I wrote them a lengthy email on 8/30 to which they NEVER responded so much for their so called responsiveness to customers. HAHA After reading their response to my review, I wrote another email to them on 12/6 maintaining my position - they have failed to respond again. Please note their backing of their employees as honest/trustworthy with the implication that I am the LIAR -- hahahaha - good try. They also said, they'd be glad to fix it so I'll hold my breath in anticipation of their trustworthiness. Haley's recently installed luxury vinyl planking in my home. The installers did such a great job that I could not find a single flaw, mistake, etc., after they were through, even though I got out my "fine-tooth comb" to look for mistakes. Arthur Anderson handled the sale professionally and courteously and went the extra mile to help me select the right flooring, and get the job completed quickly and even on short notice! read more

Disappointed to go into Haley's, which I've heard good things about, only to have some employees not masking at all, others only masked over mouth and only saw one employee who was masked fully and stayed masked the whole time we were there. As a healthcare worker who has survived covid, it saddens me that not everyone is doing their part for the greater good of the community. I definitely won't be purchasing from Haley's. read more

My wife visited this store to get a quote on flooring, picked up samples and picked what she liked. The store sent someone to our house to measure the flooring, but never responded with a quote, square footage, or any other information. I went to the store with their samples and asked why we didn't get a response and this Einstein on the left said, "your wife should have called us back with more information." I think the point they're missing here is they are in the business to sell flooring and make money - we only have to pay them once they've done their job. The whole concept of selling and customer service is lost on these people. While I was in their office trying to show them the samples that my wife picked out, the salesman sat there and stared at me in the floor and watched me struggle with these huge sample packs and offered no help. Everyone else just sat around the show room surfing their phones. I have no idea why they're still in business. read more

As mentioned in another review, Haley's contracts their work out just like Lowe's and Home Depot. Their work is subpar. Don't let their low prices fool you, because you absolutely "get what you pay for." Go elsewhere or regret it! read more

I've dealt with Haley's only once through their granite installation folks and our experience was great. The installers were courteous and the job was well done and done promptly. Although I've only dealt with Haley's once, I've dealt with the granite installer previously, before they became affiliated with Haley's and had excellent service on that job as well. If the other services from Haley's are handled as well as their granite installation I'd definitely consider them for other services. read more

I was not at all pleased with my experience. I originally worked with a really nice salesman and was pleased with the product and price. We made an appointment to have someone come out and take measurements. He was the only person who was on time. I never saw or heard from the first salesman again. I had to go back to the store to order my flooring since they never called me back with the estimate. My house was torn apart and I really needed the floor installed. The next week I had to call the store to find out when they could install. I also found out that they charge you for everything extra. If they moved any furniture, it was by the sq ft., whether it was one item or a room full of items. They didn't tell me these things when I placed the order. They played musical sales people on me. It seemed like once I placed my order they were only interested in new customers and didn't work with me through the process to make sure that I was happy. They didn't tell me anything that I needed to do to have the house ready for the install. The flooring people were three hours late (not their fault) and didn't have their whole team with them at first so they didn't finish until late in the evening. These guys were very polite and did a beautiful job installing but couldn't finish because some of the parts were not ordered. I had to call again to find out when they would finish the job and talked to a different person who said that the coordinator would contact me but he never did. The flooring person ended up calling me a week later to see if he could come over and finish the work. I received a bill a week later that was more than I agreed to because of the extra parts that they didn't order and included extra labor. I had to go back into the store to get this corrected since it was their mistake. They never once asked me if I was happy with the job. I will not recommend Haley's to anyone as a result of my experience with them and many of my neighbors are redoing their flooring at this time too. They didn't make the customer (me) feel important. read more
