I only needed a small quantity, and they did not make me feel badly as a female for needing only a small amount, compared to the large pallets they were lifting for other customers. They hauled it to my car, and when I asked the price, I was told to not worry about it because it was their pleasure, and the small amount was not worth them charging me for it. This type of kindness is rare these days, and I just want them and other customers to know that when someone goes out of their way, it is worthwhile to give positive feedback. I appreciate what they did for me. With it being Father's Day Weekend, (after losing my own father two years ago) their kindness as gentlemen meant more to me than they will know. Inside the store is going thru a remodel so items are not out for viewing. I did speak with a sales representative and was able to see what they stock and what they can order. On the floor I did not see anything I liked. I was given a catalog and a business card with a url for a website they can order "custom" screen doors. It seems to have respectable inventory when compared to Huntsville and Decatur. It is clean, well organized, the staff is friendly and willing to help, and parking is easy. The online inventory seems to be spot on/reliable. The store is much easier to get to and navigate than the older counterparts mentioned. Granted, if you are looking for great quality like Klein or Milwaukee this probably isn't your store, but they offer some great deals on tools that you won't be using daily. They also have many "odd" tools that you would need to otherwise order (and wait).
