However, I felt rushed through the process and wasn't given the opportunity to read everything thoroughly. I booked a HydraFacial and lip filler. This was my third or fourth visit to this location, but I noticed the staff had completely changed since my last appointment. The esthetician who performed the HydraFacial was friendly and explained the process well. That said, after paying $200, I was disappointed with the results, my skin didn't feel deeply cleansed, and I could still see clogged pores. I understand multiple treatments may be needed, but for that price, I expected better immediate results. Honestly, I might consider doing it at home next time if the effect is minimal. Next, I had the lip filler procedure. The experience felt rushed and impersonal. When I asked the practitioner which product she was using, she hesitated and didn't want to specify the brand, which made me uneasy. If this clinic wants to maintain loyal clients, the team really needs to regroup and improve both their communication and customer experience.

Well Lauren and the whole team have stuck by my side since! They scheduled me a virtual appointment just after I got home from the "failed" visit! Which was awesome! I decided to do a smart lipo in a small area, my "love handles" and I am so happy that I did. I flew all the way from California to them because I liked what I saw, what I felt and how I was treated. Now let's talk about the smart lipo: so you are fully awake during this process, and truthfully it was VERY painful. I was given 2, 1ml Xanax, 1 anti-inflammatory and a fourth pill. I have a high tolerance to pain and numbing medication so It did not knock me out at all. I was talking through the whole procedure, which is the only part I did not like but I knew this before hand. Well fast forward to after the procedure... I have bothered Lauren and the team countless times ... and each and every time they have been so helpful. Via text messages, FaceTime and/or phone calls ! Doesn't matter when or where they always get back to you and it's an amazing feeling especially because I am now so far from them and most of my visits/check ins have been virtual. I am still healing and don't know the full result just quite yet (I will update review) but as of now I COULD NOT be HAPPIER! The results were noticeable 24h after the procedure. This has been a long life dream of mine and wow I am so so so happy I came to them. I would recommend them a million times over again! She works out of an MD's office, but she has another office and practice in Miami with a renown dermatologist as well, so clearly there is even professional respect for her in the medical field. (Always a good sign!) I booked a consultation and within moments I knew I made the right decision and that I would have the procedure done by her. I had permanent eyeliner done by her. The consultation was about my expectations, what she thought would be best, and a great intersection of both is what I chose. She sketched on me and showed me what the result would mostly likely look like. (I say "most likely," but she was very clear and she was 100% right.) First, I didn't feel any pain, it mostly tickled if anything. (She uses numbing agents.) Second, it is obvious she is one of the best at what she does, as the results were what we discussed and she puts you at ease. I had this idea of having my eyes done darker and thicker, but she was pretty conservative and I'm glad. (That's what you want- I have seen pictures posted on other's sites where the women look like clowns. Very sad...) When I went for my touch up appointment (which is included), we added just enough more. But that's not all, Diane is also a very sweet, very personable, down-to-earth person. We are still addressing issues after surgery and post care visits and everything is going great. The staff is attentive and caring. They have virtual consultation if needed also. Communication has also been great even during weekends when offices are closed (for emergencies of course). I am very very thankful to Dr. Cucin for his care and attention. If there is even a chance you could end up BOTCHED, WOULD YOU TAKE THE RISK and come here?? Answer should be NO! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went in wanting a relatively simple change: a dorsal hump reduction. I did NOT go in wanting an entirely different nose or a completely different face. Somehow, my entire face had been changed. My bridge was narrowed dramatically, my mid-bridge now has a visible indentation/dent, my nostrils have harsh lines around them that I absolutely hate, and I am now experiencing breathing issues that I did not expect to have after cosmetic surgery. My nose looks unnatural and over-operated. Instead of the subtle improvement I wanted, I feel like I was given a tiny, overly sculpted "Whoville" nose that does not belong on my face. And PLEASE read the other negative reviews. Some of the complaints sounded disturbingly familiar to my experience. The bedside manner after I became unhappy with the result was another major disappointment. He made comments about my original nose being "ugly," referred to it as a "beak" in front of my boyfriend, and suggested that I must have been extremely distraught about my nose to have surgery in the first place. That was simply not true. I actually liked my face. I wanted a small modification to my dorsal hump--not to have my entire nasal appearance changed. What was even more upsetting was what happened when I started expressing concerns about the outcome. Instead of feeling that my concerns were being seriously acknowledged, I felt dismissed. I was repeatedly told about swelling and healing and was diagnosed with body dysmorphia while I was pointing out specific, visible changes that I was unhappy with. Being told that you have body dysmorphia when you are trying to discuss a surgical result you can physically see is an incredibly upsetting experience. I have since sought opinions from other surgeons because I am trying to understand what happened and what can potentially be reconstructed or corrected. Revision rhinoplasty is significantly more complicated than primary rhinoplasty, and there are limits to what another surgeon can restore. That is why choosing the right surgeon the FIRST time matters so much. The revision surgeons are surprised at the aggressive reduction that doesn't suit my face not to mention collapse of the nose/airway. My biggest issue is that I do not feel the extent of the changes made to my nose reflected what I actually asked for. I wanted my dorsal hump reduced. I did not ask for an aggressively narrowed bridge, harsh changes around my nostrils, or an overall nose that looks completely different on my face. Please do not be persuaded solely by TikTok, celebrity advertising, social media, or beautiful before-and-after photos. FILTER THE REVIEWS AND READ THE NEGATIVE ONES FIRST. Look for patterns. Read what unhappy patients say happened when they raised concerns afterward. If you are considering rhinoplasty--even if you think you only want something small done--consider consulting a surgeon who practices modern preservation-oriented rhinoplasty and who is extremely clear about exactly what structures they intend to change and what your nose is expected to look like afterward. Dr. Cucin will do whatever he wants to your face, he doesn't think about the fine details nor discuss them with you. A lot of structure was removed and altered without my knowledge or discussion before hand. You have one face. You can always decide to have surgery later. You cannot undo surgery once tissue and structural support have been altered. I hope this saves even one person from coming here. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
