I just talked to Leo Nargeny (the owner) and he told me that it was already shipped. I explained that it was not yet in the possession of UPS and only a number was generated. No tracking happens until the package is in the possession of UPS. The owner kept lying to me and saying that he would ship another one out. That's a lie as the first was still in their possession. Due to the lying nature of the owner of this company, I asked for a refund. The owner, Leo Nargeny, told me that he would immediately issue me the refund. I still have no evidence that the refund happened as it has not been registered by my bank as having been done. I come on here and learn that this is standard operating procedure for this company. This company states in their shipping policy that they ship out the same day. There are now multiple reviews of this company charging for orders and not shipping them per policy. I will update this review if I get anywhere with getting my money back.
