It's like double dipping-you already have customers in the door willingly, obviously there to buy or look for something, DONT put people on the floor to try get more from them (and by more, I don't just mean financially. If you are introverted, like myself, having a conversation with a stranger can be stress inducing. And shopping should not be that way. Target and Walmart , I'm looking at y'all too!! They didn't have the citrus yuzu muffin that I loved so much but I still got a coffee - the Montecristo, a latte made with lapsang tea, earl grey and orange extract. Excellent heavy coats, military/security T-shirts, knives, huge knives, jungle machetes, emergency water containers, helmets, flags, backpacks, bags, lots of boots, mosquito netting, military mosquito repellant, hats, baseball hats, tents.... get the idea? Received an email from Matthew P. right after placing my order notifying me of the milling defects on the frame on the best one they had in stock (with pictures attached in an email from him), and wanted to know how I'd like to proceed. I notified Springfield Armory about the issue and the firearm in question was sent back to S.A. (before heading my way). Matthew spoke with my wife and took care of the defective SA-35 being sent to Springfield Armory immediately. I called S.A. every week they had it for updates, and they decided to replace the SA-35 in question and send it back to Grady's and then to my FFL. Once received at Grady's, Matthew made a point to get my SA-35 from the loading dock the day it arrived at Grady's, looked it over for any issues, and immediately sent it to my FFL next day air after giving it a thumbs up. Matthew P. went above and beyond in customer service to ensure this customer was accommodated (being a disabled veteran on a limited income). I remember when it was just a small store in Columbia. I have been shopping online with them since their prices have always been excellent, particular when they have a sale. I've gotten AR-15s, stripped lowers, barrels, ammunition, magazines from them. I walked into this "Greenville" store and was nothing short of impressed. I was like a kid in a candy store. They have single boxes of ammunition and bulk ammunition with great prices. Their selection of firearms are wide open. Revolvers of various lengths, calibers and brands, I was just salivating (I have 31 revolvers, myself, already). Their hunting rifles, semiautomatic AR pistols, and semiautomatic rifles were in full stock. You're only limited by money. I can't purchase anything in house regarding pistols or handguns since I'm from out of state so I'd have to get it shipped to an FFL. They have a nicely organized, clean and expansive store. I grabbed 28 boxes of 5.7x28mm ammunition since they were much cheaper than I can get online, particularly with shipping. All of the staff I met were courteous and helpful, and I didn't get the negative vibe I have seen in reviews preceding mine. Maybe because I'm a physician I know how to interact with a majority of people I come across. I don't know but everyone I met was nothing short of friendly. Parking lot is huge, clean and safe. I'd definitely come back again if I'm in town. Prices, availability and variety are unparalleled in my decades of being a firearms enthusiast, instructor, expert and shopper.

Poor customer service on replacement parts that were defective/poor quality…read more Barrel nut gave out on a simple reassembled after port door installation. Palmetto State has not shipped me a barrel nut for a upper reciever handguard. Customer service tries to "sound nice" but are not helpful at all. Very disappointed. A simple barrel nut replacement is all I requested and need. I even offered to purchase a barrel nut (they do not sell them) but this has been a nightmare. I believe they're absolutely interested in profit from customers on ver budget AR's, yet they're not interested in customers that need replacement parts on their cheap budget AR's--This includes their Sabre line!
