The admin in the front is so sweet and accommodating they made me feel very welcome. I was called without waiting longer than maybe 2 minutes into the office where Dr. Hausen met me. He was so down to earth, patient , kind and caring. You can tell he really cares for his patients. In my experience with other doctors, sometimes I feel rushed or feel like maybe I shouldn't be asking a certain question. Dr Hausen takes away all of these insecurities or fears and makes you feel free to ask anything which he will then explain his answer with to simplest form you can understand .
