WORST customer service EVER! Anna and aiena are TERRIBLE! Going through self check out and another…read morelady offered for us to sign up to get 50 bucks off our purchase... sounds great right. Not. We proceed to scan all our stuff and then they send us to customer service and aiena had no clue in the world what she's doing for 25 minutes!! then she calls her "boss" Anna and she claims to us that the deal for the Milwaukee tools was an online only thing, when a literal Milwaukee rep and self check out had the discounts. So in the cust. Service Line she proceeds to take the 50 bucks off but doesn't give the discount on parts. So our total in self checkout was $377 mind you with the 50 bucks taken off. We ended up going back to self check out and getting THE SAME STUFF FOR $346!!!! And still no 50 bucks off. FUCKING RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Menards is generally a very well-stocked store with a large variety of...well, just about…read moreeverything but produce! They have the 11% Off everything in the store at least once a month & we always receive the rebate after sending it in. My husband & his family are very into interior home/exterior projects or repair & have gotten the majority of their supplies from Menards. I get all of our interior paints here. Our toddler & I usually go with to just look at all of the interesting tools, display patio furniture & lights ; the store is absolutely massive. We usually pick up large grocery items like washing detergent, dish/toilet paper, cleaning things & dog food while we're there. Lots of fun outdoor feeders, birdseed & suets for your yard year-round . We always get one of the fun treats/candy or drinks for the way home. The garden center at the start of summer is an absolute zoo. It's a lot of fun to see the large variety of plants & garden decor but it can be really hard to navigate in the chaos. Great for bulbs. Only things I'd point out is that the floor staff aren't usually that friendly & it can sometimes be hard to find help. Everyone at checkout is always really nice though. For kitchen design & appliances we decided to go with Home Depot. Otherwise, we get just about all of our home project supplies at Menards! So much joy here at Christmas. Definitely go in whenever the 11% rebate is out!

Make sure you receive and check your receipts at Virch's. The prices displayed on the shelves are…read morelower than the prices charged at the register. When this was brought to the owner's attention, his response was: "The shelf price was from last July. The price is higher now, we just haven't printed new tags." Apparently the entire store could be rearranged, but pricing can't be updated. Regardless of the reasoning, he refused to honor the listed shelf price and simply said, "It happens, it's not our fault." Actually, it is your fault . If you own and operate a business, accurate pricing falls on you. Customers should not have to double-check whether shelf prices are correct every time they shop. We ended up returning the item and bought the exact same part at the local auto parts store for significantly less. Just a heads up for anyone shopping there: pay attention to what rings up at checkout.

He just said it's plastered all over online (isn't) and refused to help me in (any) way. He kept saying I'm sorry your late and it's not my fault your late..... I went upfront and he got called up being only manager.... Still kept saying same thing over n over I admit I did get irritated and call him an **whole ECT. Then he kicked me out ... I'm sorry but as a manager I feel you should try to help especially when lil kids that want bounce house are present. After an interaction from my husband and calling later on he said if I come back at 9am tomorrow which rental is still closed.someone might be able to help I finally agreed and dropped it. Look I understand being short staffed (everyone is) but as a manager I feel as if you should do something to help or at least call boss instead of repeating words and doing nothing to help. We seriously looked like fish out of water (no pun intended) in that we were looking for fishing gear because we left all ours back in Chicago. The guy who ran the fishing and tackle department was so knowledgeable and even pointed us to the sale isle in that we were looking for something for the kids. The place was clean and organized - complete with an old fashioned popcorn maker and that darn gumball machine that my kids go crazy for. The nice young man at the counter and my husband exchanged about their military experiences and thank you's and we were on our way. BUT - that's not all! There was a great little market in the adjacent lot on Friday afternoon where we picked up some fresh veggies, bread and meat for dinner. Very charming place -- treated like the first customers of the day, even though we most likely kept them after close. Thanks Koltes!
