Once the floor was ready to go in, Rob the flooring manager came out to go over how things would work and to make sure that the product got delivered. On the day of installation I met Brian, who was the installer. After removing the carpet Brian realized that there were some issues with the wood floor underneath. Rob came out again and the two of them came up with a plan. Once Rob left, Brian was on it! He was not only incredibly nice, he was professional, efficient, and fast. He cared so much about making sure the job was not only done right, but was done in a way that would make me happy. In this day and age, good help is hard to find and keep, but it looks like they have found a way to do it. My husband and I love our new floor and we would recommend All Surface and Flooring to any looking for a quality job.

Contacted Don, our salesman, price as agreed on for a replacement end panel,and within days Kyle contacted me for installation. Unfortunately I was going through health issues and asked Kyle to contact me later. I somehow lost Kyle's number, and have contacted Don several times, with no return call back. A good experience has now a bitter taste.

They do not agree that after a flooring job has been complete that a customer should Assume that their doors, including the FRONT door will open and close! This is one of those situations where one person (let's call him Terry) knows that his employee (Humm let's call him Jeff) did not write a Bid correctly and then outsourced the Labor to a company that is not equipped to do the job!! Don't let the "SALE" price persuade you because they do not include or expect for a job to be complete. Terry actually said "well it doesn't say the doors will open" WTF! Terry originally verbally agreed that Jeff should have known that the new carpet would need a different installer! I didn't hire the outscourced company! The red oak floor was completely stripped. 37 damaged planks were replaced and the match to the 50 year old floor was so good that it was impossible to see the new material. I got a water based varnish on the floor. This requires 3 coats with sanding in between but it was complete in 1 1/2 days. After the floors were finished I had new oak railings installed and they look as though they were installed 50 years ago with the floor. The fact that a crew did not show up on the first start date is not a big deal. When they did get to work this company did a great job that I am proud to show anyone!

I am very disappointed that a supposedly reputable business would respond to a potential customer with such a ridiculous bid. Obviously they were too busy to accommodate me, and didn't want a small job, so threw out an outrageously ridiculous number. What kind of business practice is this?!
