I ordered the "Everything to Me Bouquet" for my mom with the Happy Birthday pick and card. While the flowers were delivered on time, the bouquet was much smaller than advertised and was missing the birthday pick and the card. The delivery driver also did not ring the doorbell and simply left the arrangement on the ground. I contacted the shop with Ring doorbell and other camera footage showing the missing items. Instead of helping, I was accused of lying, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I genuinely hoped for a positive experience, but this fell far below expectations. Ordered flowers for my daughter who just had her first child. The flowers came to the hospital wilted and looked old. The flowers did not look fresh when they were delivered. I spent $150 on the arrangement and the flowers were wilted and ugly the next day. I do not recommend. I let them know my daughter had a baby boy. They put a balloon on the flowers that said "big brother". This is the only child. Not happy with their services at all. I will never order flowers from this business again. I'm giving Hallmark a 5 because they made sure to right their wrong! My boyfriend's grandmother passed away and he ordered a $120 floral arrangement. We only and always order from Hallmark so we were extremely disappointed to see the flowers that were delivered to his mom look ed more like a $50 bouquet. Again, we would know as the $50-60 range is usually our go to for everyday "thinking about you" type of flowers. Also, we requested a large arrangement that appears on their site. After calling to express our dissatisfaction, Hallmark decided to bring a brand new arrangement for us. It's everything we were expecting from the initial and truly appreciate the fix. His mother was speechless. While she loved the first bouquet, this is what she deserved...something GRAND and not your everyday. Thank you Hallmark! read more

This is the second time I've received an arrangement from this florist and it will be the last. Both times the flowers have been disappointing and not worth the price. This time in particular some the flowers were wilted the day that I received them and others started to turn brown the next day. Go to your local grocery store or market instead of coming here- better flowers, better price, and you can DIY an arrangement that more than likely looks better. read more

Not helpful, no refund when the order was delivered 3 days late, just added a few more flowers to my $50 order. Delivered on Monday at 4pm; dead by Thursday. Person I spoke with was rude and unconcerned with my satisfaction. Won't go back and will request my husband never order from them again.
