They are very nice, patient and extremely helpful. I had no idea what to get and they made it very simple for me while not trying to hit me with the most expensive arrangement. My father passed away and just like anyone would we needed flowers. My mom and son chose this place because they worked with her on pricing and our family likes to shop local, let's face it, the small blue collar businesses need it more than big chains. She couldn't see paying over 200 bucks for something that would just wilt away. The flowers they picked were small 2 vases with flowers that would look nice and wouldn't break her pocketbook. 80 bucks. They ordered them 4 days ago and were to pick them up today the day before the services. I carry my mom to pick them up at 4pm they close at 5pm. The lady preceded to tell us that she lost the order and asked what she ordered. That happens sometimes, it was annoying but she offered to deliver them to the church at 9am. Then asked if we had anything else to do and we said yes, she again agreed to have them delivered. She then said she got 7 other funeral orders today and hasn't been able to breathe. Um ok... what does that have to do with an order that was placed 4 days ago? Mom and I left. No sooner than we got 4 minutes from home this idiot lady calls her to "remind" her to pick up her flowers. My mom said "We were just there and you said you lost my order, now you want me to come back because you have it now after you just agreed to deliver tomorrow?'" I can hear this lady telling all of this to my mother. I told mom to have her deliver to the funeral home and we can pay tomorrow. She said she would but demanded payment first. Nothing of which was asked for when we were in her presence at the shop. Um, no mom we are not doing that, it's 5 minutes before they close. My mom again said you know where I live you have my number I will settle up with you tomorrow. The lady at the store preceded to argue with my mom that she wasn't doing anything until she got paid. My mom again repeated herself. At this time I am also telling the idiot no. I hear this ignorant greedy person tell my mother to tell me to take a chill pill. WRONG PERSON AND WRONG DAY! I took the phone from my mother and preceded to rip her from head to toe. She then tells me she asked us to wait 15 minutes, my response "No mam, you did not I was standing right in front of your face and you agreed to deliver them by 9am to the services, she preceded to LIE and say she never agreed to that. However, she would do so if she got paid first. I again ripped her a new one, you are the one that LOST the order from 4 days ago! Now magically in about 15 or 30 minutes you have them? She again repeated I asked you both to wait! UM NO YOU DID NOT! I am not stupid nor is my mother. How dare you tell a widow you lost her flowers the DAY BEFORE THE SERVICE and then demand payment because all of a sudden the flowers appear?! She again told me to take a chill pill. WRONG PERSON LADY! I responded with you have no idea what you're getting yourself into for someone in the flower business who allegedly received 7 funeral orders today, you certainly do not have any compassion for someone grieving and clearly have issues keeping organized. She interrupted and said yes I do I do this every day and I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. I said, Well now you have lady! She hung up on me. Rather than offer an apology for the mixup or ask how she could make it right, she demanded payment. Needless to say, we did not rush back to go pay for flowers 5 minutes before they close. We have no flowers for my daddy's funeral. A Veteran to that matter. Here is some reality for you lady and I hope you are reading this, you treated my mother disrespectfully, rudely, and quite honestly you treated her like she is common trash who wouldn't pay for two small flower bouquets as she promised and offered to settle up with you upon delivery. You shouldn't assume that everyone that walks into your shop isn't going to pay for their orders. Some people do not have credit or debit cards by choice as is their right to do so. Cash is still good in America for now. Nor should you expect people to give you CC info over the phone especially in this time of scammers attacking elderly. I have a feeling those "7" funeral orders would give more money and my mother's 80 dollar bouquets are just pennies to you. If it took you 15 minutes to make the order, you could and should have done that when you walked into the door first thing this morning. I guess higher paying customers get priority. Get some time management training and put yourself in your customers shoes; how would you want to be treated after losing a loved one? Further, we don't like you nor do we trust you. I wouldn't give you a penny if you needed it. Thank you for making a sad time even more awful. I hope you have the day you deserve. read more

Among so many other problems with that arrangement, they put a sticker on the bow right in the center of the arrangement. I don't even want to tell you how much I paid for that arrangement - it's embarrassing. It was a high-end arrangement I expected. They had absolutely no artistry. She had no orchids which were supposed to be in there, there were supposed to be some type of woodsy accents, there were supposed to be green and white hydrangeas, which she said "they're in there. You just can't see them" and again I paid for a very high end funeral arrangement. Very disappointed and humiliated. I was absolutely humiliated when I even saw the sticker on the subpar bow. No I do not recommend this florist and I would never use them again. It's a shame I wasn't there in person to even at least to take the sticker off of their advertisement during this, beautiful woman's celebration of life. They take the opportunity to make an advertisement for themselves. I was devastated. And the arrangement looks like a very basic one01 arrangement. Not for what I paid for it and it's missing so many of the flowers and the stems. I wish it were better I hoped for better. read more

Today I called Got Flowera. A sweet lady named Kim answered the phone. I explained that I needed two arrangements for a funeral that was taking place today but I knew it was last minute. She immediately assured me that that was not a problem and that she would be more than happy to help. I have never ordered arrangements for a funeral before. She politely explained what they offered and she was very calm. ( which was nice because of the stress I was currently under). She was able to fulfill my wishes in under than 15 minutes! I placed an order with Lisa because the other flower shop I placed was scammers meaning with the original orders, I had originally order the flower ppl refused to give me the name who was going to delivery my flowers. I called a flower shop in Panama City Lisa picked up the phone. I told her I needed flowers ASAP because it was my sons girlfriend bday yesterday. She told me I can help you, I was like perfect. I told her I didn't want o spend more then 125.00 for everything. She said no prob. The other person charge me 167.00 I wanted 2 ballons, tedding bear beautiful arrangement, A box of chocolates. That cost me totally 167.00 when I gave Lisa my credit card she sent me the bill and I was charged $149 that is might as well be go back to what I originally had gone and I did not want to spend that kind of money I told her my budget was 130 and she said no problem when I got my bill she charge me $100 for the flowers the flowers do not look like they're $100 worth maybe 49 but not $100 and then she told me the balloons were 650 each that's $13 for both she charge me $30 was a rip off. I told her that I was in Germany and then I want to get something special and I wanted to get to my sons girlfriend this morning she had no problem but I felt like because she felt sorry for me that she wanted to charge me $149 I don't think those flowers and the pictures are worth $100 at all. She did take her time but I think in my opinion this wasn't worth 149! Maybe 125.00 either way I got scammed by both companies I will never order again from Lisa's flower shop in Panama City next time get a detail on what your prices are and make sure you get a quoteI do have text messages from her but again I think she just felt sorry for me next time lesson learn. read more

I was the winner for the Adam and Alison pay for prom promotion through hot 107.9. This was the florist who participated in the promotion promising a boutonnière and corsage for my prom. I contacted them 2 weeks in advance to let them know what I wanted and give them plenty of time to ask questions and have the right materials. When I went in the lady was nice but didn't show me any examples of my options or anything. when I asked her what the band would be she showed me that silver one and said, that is what they made all their corsages with. She did not measure my wrist at all. When my boyfriends mom went to pick up the items she told them the name for the order and the cashier yelled out to the women in the back "Oh..it's the freebee" I thought it was just very rude and unprofessional because if I knew I was gonna get such bad service because I won the contest and it was free for their advertising I would have just paid for it myself. Which I ended up doing anyway. Ontop of that when I meet up with my friends at prom their corsages were absolutely gorgeous and I asked them where they got them and it was "got flowers" they had pretty pearl bands and a glass plate the flowers were attached to not a scratchy piece of metal, with a band that was too tight. I feel like since they didn't receive any actual money only advertising which brought all my friends there they didn't take as much pride in my items. read more
