I emailed back and forth with owners Robert and Angela to narrow down specifics, and they were helpful and prompt with each response. I received email reminders leading up to our move, and a phone call the morning of our move when the truck was 15 minutes out. Robert and Robert (or Rob and Bert!) arrived right on time and ready to work. They did a quick walk-thru of the space with us, where we identified which items were going where (we had to stop at a storage unit before the home we were moving into). After that, they packaged all of our items with care, and safely loaded everything onto the truck! It took around four hours to complete our move, and at around $800 total, it was well worth the price. The two Roberts were friendly, professional, and fast while still moving larger pieces carefully. We would definitely hire A&R Moving Solutions again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services in Greater Nashville.

I had no idea that Murfeesboro Movers use other companies to help when they are short handed and they hired guys from Faith Movers (which I did not want to use and had no idea that's who was coming to the job) They show up and I should've known when the main guy got snippy with me when he showed up 15 min late and said, "he had been trying to call me for 15 min!" Ummm no sir, "I've been sitting here and my phone hasn't rang not one time (as I'm showing him my phone! Why did he do this, because Murfreesboro Movers charges based on every 30 min after a certain time frame so that's how he geta paid too They get to our home and we have a steep driveway so they had to unload at the street which made it for a longer day (which is why I tipped them $700) During the move I asked them several times to "please walk on the plastic on the flooring as it's a brand new home!" The main guy said," my job isn't to make sure your carpet stays clean it's to get your items moved in!" They trashed several areas of our brand new carpet with their muddy shoes! Right then I should've told them to leave but it's kinda hard when we are at their mercy with our items and several trips to go, there were many times he would talk down to me and threaten to quit the job! The main guy even made several references to not giving him a bad review, well sir had you not told me you had your own moving company I wouldn't had known! Fast forward a month later when we got our garage organized somewhat we realized our 6ft ladder, a brand new chainsaw in the box and our generator were all missing! I called Murfreesboro Movers with no help or reimbursement for anything from them because we didn't file a claim in their timeframe. Murfreesboro Movers told us to file a police report which we did but we know how that will play out ...... The nerve of them to steal from us after I even fed them lunch and paid them $700 in a tip! The only way I know to hurt them is to let everyone know to not use FAITHFUL MOVERS and be cautious of who Murfeesboro Movers uses because you might not get their own employees after all!
