He was very informative on the phone, telling me what I needed to do to prep for the appointment, how much the piercing would cost, and answering all of my asinine questions. The shop is very clean, spacious, and conscious of COVID protocols. The staff is super nice. Jason was very nice, professional, and efficient. He observed good sanitation practices, and I did not have to remove my mask to get the piercing done. He took me through the whole process, showed me how do a deep breathing exercise while he did the actual piercing, and did a fabulous job of placing the piercing. I couldn't be happier with how it came out. They gave me aftercare instructions for the piercing and told me to call if I had any problems (pro tip: pick up gauze pads, Germ-X fragrance free anti-bacterial soap, and NeilMed saline wound wash, all available at Walmart). It's been about a week since I came in, and my piercing is healing well. Just a heads up: they expect punctuality and it's a cash only shop (they have an ATM, but try to come prepared with cash to pay). For my piercing, it was $50. Would definitely go back for more piercings with Halo!

I know the price for everything went up but I was still surprised at these prices. I was helped by Nicole who was super kind and helpful. I gave her my budget and she pulled a handful of different options for me. I found the best chain for myself and started the purchasing process. I decided to get the warranty but I shave realized it was kind of pointless. It is very limited and doesn't last long and after I purchased it I was told there may be issues if I needed to use it because I would have to go to a different store in a different state since I no longer live in this area and only visit once a year. Overall, I am happy with my purchase but I am surprised at the price. In the end, if you are looking for jewelry, it is a good option but it is no different than any other mall jeweler so check them out too and make the best decision for you and what you want. Also, read the terms and get all of the information about the warranty ahead of time.

A warranty was purchased and we were specifically told it would NOT tarnish by the uneducated employee who only wanted the sale. The piercing was placed so low, that it was basically through skin bridge between her nostrils. Nowhere even CLOSE to the sweet spot. She used EXTERNALLY threaded shit quality steel jewelry, which any halfway decent piercer knows has nickel in it and shouldn't be used on someone with skin issues. I took my daughter to my piercer who actually knows what he is doing and he confirmed the placement was way too low. We abandoned the piercing and had it redone in the right spot with a titanium CBR. Amanda is extremely unqualified is actually putting clients at risk with such poor placement. This woman has NO business piercing ANYONE.
