It was nicer jewelry and at a good price point that as a younger person I could feel like I had Nice items but didn't have to worry about it too much. Recently my necklace broke and when I inquired someone about having it fixed, they suggested it be retired as it was getting very thin. I did t want to spend a ton of money so I figured I would come here. I was shocked to see how much the prices had gone up since the last time I shopped for jewelry. I know the price for everything went up but I was still surprised at these prices. I was helped by Nicole who was super kind and helpful. I gave her my budget and she pulled a handful of different options for me. I found the best chain for myself and started the purchasing process. I decided to get the warranty but I shave realized it was kind of pointless. It is very limited and doesn't last long and after I purchased it I was told there may be issues if I needed to use it because I would have to go to a different store in a different state since I no longer live in this area and only visit once a year. Overall, I am happy with my purchase but I am surprised at the price. In the end, if you are looking for jewelry, it is a good option but it is no different than any other mall jeweler so check them out too and make the best decision for you and what you want. Also, read the terms and get all of the information about the warranty ahead of time.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. By the way...their crap jewelry tarnished within 6 days of purchase. A warranty was purchased and we were specifically told it would NOT tarnish by the uneducated employee who only wanted the sale. If you know anyone who works for them, runs it, or owns a franchise...you can feel free to forward this to them because it will be added to EVERY review site I can find. The only reason I even gave it one star is because the employees were trying their hardest to help. Unfortunately the manager and the policy made that impossible. Disgusted.

The piercing was placed so low, that it was basically through skin bridge between her nostrils. Nowhere even CLOSE to the sweet spot. She used EXTERNALLY threaded shit quality steel jewelry, which any halfway decent piercer knows has nickel in it and shouldn't be used on someone with skin issues. I took my daughter to my piercer who actually knows what he is doing and he confirmed the placement was way too low. We abandoned the piercing and had it redone in the right spot with a titanium CBR. Amanda is extremely unqualified is actually putting clients at risk with such poor placement. This woman has NO business piercing ANYONE.

He was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I had picked out a grey shaded floral and vine design to wrap around my forearm. When I arrived to the shop Carlos had everything prepared ahead of time and even did part of my tattoo free handed.
