The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00. Not to mention the job turned out to NOT be a 2400.00 job like they estimated. I would have much rather paid by the hour. Live and learn.

Woods technician also set out water heater on continuous VS demand which continually heats the water instead of when on demand-which depletes your gas much faster. There was no conversation about this. I found this company reckless and indifferent to this project , probaly because we are not in an affluent neighborhood and I believe they have some corporate accounts. Luckily, I was able to find the names and emails of the general managers of this company in case they try to send a delayed bill. When I pressed the owner about not telling me up front, he told me it's his practice not to mention service call charges and labor charges unless the client asks and that I should have expected to pay.
