Wasn't sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount it's probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me. Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required. Won't be my first choice next time we have an issue.

They said they could send someone out to look at the issue and I agreed. Moore's never told me that they'd charge me to have the technician come out and what the rate would have been. It was $160 for the technician to IMOverify what I already knew in 20 minutes. When I pressed the owner about not telling me up front, he told me it's his practice not to mention service call charges and labor charges unless the client asks and that I should have expected to pay. That's bananas, imo. We agreed on $100, and I went with another contractor who told me everything upfront without games.,

They were fast and efficient. Then they entered the house and checked several things for us to make sure all was good. They even changed a fluorescent light fixture and the kitchen is so much brighter!!! Thanks to Brandon and Sandy in the office. They helped me with financing and we couldn't be happier. I have no more fear about electric stuff in my home. Now they are coming back to install central air and heat. They also completely replaced my neighbors electrical. The owner PJ came out to assist in the installation of my new unit and furnace. While he was there, he noticed the builders installed my ceiling vents backwards! All these years they've been blowing in the wrong direction and because of PJ's keen eye, he immediately grabbed a ladder and changed them to the proper way to optimize airflow. Going above and beyond like that shows loyalty to your customer. High values throughout the entire business.
